Security forces detained more than 1,300 people in Russia on Wednesday at protests denouncing mobilisation, a rights group said, hours after President Vladimir Putin ordered Russia’s first military draft since the second world war.
Russian interior ministry official Irina Volk, in a statement quoted by Russian news agencies, said officers had cut short attempts to stage what it called small protests. "In a number of regions, there were attempts to stage unauthorised actions which brought together an extremely small number of participants," Volk was quoted as saying. "These were all stopped. And those persons who violated laws were detained and taken to police stations for investigation and establish their responsibility."

My only similar personal experience that comes close to what's happening in Russia right now, and how shocking it is to be happening at all, is 1989 china before protesters started breaking into small government offices to blast fax messages out to the world. Things got real crazy and violent after that.
(china had cut off all international phones, but dedicated fax lines were working).
Unfortunately, that led to false flag violence used to justify what ccp was about to do in the square and elsewhere.
These Russian protests are PERFECT!
Large united numbers, clear chant with clear message, and outright refusal to fight the police or commit any vandalism.
Russian Patriots have been paying attention, THIS is how you do it!

Over 1,300 detained in anti-mobilisation protests across Russia
everything in russia is not hunky dory, and these russians aren't shiny happy people holding hands, laughing, singing in the streets.

These protests are directly related to the 300k call up.
That IS what this is about, and regardless of the outcome, is already historic for russia.
Also - I rarely visit a 'social' page that isn't first linked here, and haven't used any at all today.
"I need ammo, not a ride."
Zelinsky is no 'puppet'.
1300 huh? Never seen before anywhere throughout history!! If anything, the numbers are weak and unsubstantial. Focus on what’s really coming ahead shall we?
OVD-Info, an independent human rights media project, estimate that around 13,000 protestors have been arrested for participating in demonstrations across more than 140 Russian cities since the invasion began on 24 February.

How many protesters have been arrested in Russia? How are people avoiding arrest?

I’m trying to get you out the water about the “protests”
At the end of the day. Like others in historical art of war doesn’t matter. Especially not with one as RUSSIA.

That isn't what you tried to do, or I would have stopped posting about it long ago.

Not sure if anyones mentioned it before, but i saw a comment else were bringing up the fact that once all this mobilization is done and dusted, theres gonna be alot of people not showing up to work for a while.
If you pulling or will pull 300k 18-60 year olds out of the work force (sure their reservists but they still have day jobs) to go fight, what the hell is that gonna do to an economy already having issues?

We are.
By making it absolutely clear that the US will not stand aside while any other country invades russia, the 'enemy'.
Name another time that any other country in history has done such a thing.
I can't.

You’re struggling.
And on emotion. And you know you are.
It’s not about “Ukraine” or “Russia”
Things were jumbled.
We hold the ball.
