2 Dead, 74 Hospitalized, 2 In Critical Condition While Running Marathon

This story sounds like there was a plane crash, but yet it's just another day of the new normal where its common to have multiple people die and scores end up hospitalized while participating in an athletic event. These athletes are in ridiculous shape, and failure for them means not completing the course, not sudden death. I personally know a few people that have competed in events like these for years and they don't die or ever mention anyone dying or being hospitalized. 1 of the young Canadian doctors (former Olympian) was competing in a marathon and died this way as well. If you can't admit the elephant in the room, then what's causing it?

The Comrades Marathon has been rocked by another tragedy of a participant who died while participating in Sunday's down-run.

47-year-old Phakamile Ntshiza, who ran for the Pretoria-based Adventist Athletic Club, died suddenly while on the course to Durban.

He collapsed shortly before reaching Drummond - the half-way point of the race - and was declared dead when the Netcare medical team arrived on the scene.

This follows news earlier in the day that Mzamo Mthembu of the Hollywoodbets Athletics Club died in a Westville hospital on Sunday after collapsing just before Pinetown.

James added that a total of 74 runners had been transported to hospital – 41 to St Augustine's and 33 to Netcare Umhlanga – after Comrades shut its medical facilities at 20:00 on Sunday night.

Of those, two remain in ICU presently. One is still on a ventilator.

it's obvious by now, being in shape will kill you. It's best to be a fat ass beer drinker who's only exercise is waddling to the fridge for another beer. So I'm pretty much safe in all this.

True. I think we need to unite and force everyone to eat bugs. And then we need to all give up our land and property. We should then adopt social credit, and CBDC. We should then live in a pod, and get daily vaccines.

That will stop climate change.

Hmm. A quick look shows this is an ultra marathon and these aren't the first deaths to occur. The rest are prior to covid.

You may need to find the cause of death of these athletes and compare them with the other 8 who died during the race before vaccinations.

Yeah, I agree. The heat is a killer, even worse than being in a plane crash or a suicide bombing.

As I said, you would have to compare. You do know the race was open to unvaccinated runners also? So you will need the vaccination status of those who passed away too.

I just checked on temperatures in Durban, SA.
Looks like their highs yesterday were running in the mid 60’s…. Fahrenheit.

There are 2 more in critical condition, so that may be 4 in 1, and 8 in 100.

That's too cold though, you might freeze to death and have a heart attack.

You see, you can only run if the temperature is exactly 74 degrees. Any hotter or colder and you immediately have a heart attack and die. This is a well established fact.

No way could it be COVID19 jab...
