Four-year-old Lisa Dmitrieva was a little girl who had Down's Syndrome ,while out enjoying a walk with her mother in Vinnytsia 2 days ago a Russian missile strike on the city ended the challenges she faced , her mother is missing her leg and 22 others including 2 more children were killed.

Spare a thought for Lisa and the innocent victims of this brutal war.

And on Facebook, a woman claiming to work with the injured mother, said: "Today in Vinnytsia, our employee Irisha Dmitrieva and her young daughter were at the epicentre of the shelling.
"Daughter died on the spot... Ira is in critical condition in intensive care.

"So much grief, so many tears... There is no more strength..."

Today I add my tears for another young life lost.

In Memoriam.

One more tragedy on allready long list in Ukraine. This is not any ordinary war, military vs military but about demolish country as much they can without nukes, Russian army is targeting civilians on purpose.

The tactics are clearly barbaric by design. And also clearly designed to greate mental panic and fear .

Really sad news, Putin never going to get forgiven by humanity and god after all these war crimes.
I pray for all the mothers and kids in Ukraine to get out of that place until things gets back to normal.
There are many western countries that will gladly help with house over their head and food, clothes and toys.

Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova’s answer to a media question on UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres’ statement on the situation in Ukraine

15 July 2022 15:13

Question:

What can you tell us about UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres saying on July 14 that he was shocked by a rocket fired into the city of Vinnitsa, central Ukraine?

Maria Zakharova:

Indeed, this statement by Antonio Guterres has come to our attention. Here’s what I would like to say.

What we are seeing now is something that goes back in time. Contrary to the requirements in the UN Charter, the Secretariat is not taking an equidistant position, as one would expect from a Secretariat of the most authoritative international organisation that is designed, among other things, to promote the settlement of disputes.

Now with regard to this particular case. According to the Russian Defence Ministry, high-precision Kalibr missiles were used in Vinnitsa targeting a garrison house of officers which at that moment was housing a meeting of the Ukrainian Air Force command with representatives of foreign arms suppliers. The UN is probably aware of that. If not, then we suggest that Mr Guterres ask Ukraine why the Kiev regime is placing military facilities in close proximity to civilian buildings.

At the same time, for some reason, like many other UN representatives, the Secretary-General does not see the Armed Forces of Ukraine fire direct missile strikes against civilian targets and residential urban areas. I will give examples. Regarding the shelling of Kursk and Belgorod on July 3, as well as the shelling of Novaya Kakhovka on July 12, when warehouses with saltpeter exploded and residential buildings, a church and other buildings were damaged, the force of the detonation was similar to the explosion in the port of Beirut, and according to the regional Interior Ministry, approximately 190 people asked for medical help. Neither Mr Guterres, nor his official representative, nor anyone else from the UN Secretariat condemned the attack on civilians and civilian infrastructure as in the case of Vinnitsa. In response to a specific request to comment on the incident in Novaya Kakhovka, Deputy Spokesman for the Secretary General, Farhan Haq, said there were no comments on that matter. On earlier occasions, the UN has repeatedly ignored reports of civilian deaths, including children, caused by Ukrainian troop fire. Also, UN Secretary-General Spokesperson Stephane Dujarric had no information about Ukraine using civilians as a human shield (March 3 briefing www.un.org...).

I would like to remind our esteemed colleagues from the UN Secretariat that their job is not to take sides in disputable situations, but to help maintain peace and stability. This is what they are paid for and this is their mandate.

What is characteristic of gortex is absolutely not interested in the children of Donbass who have been killed for 8 years.

‘My granddaughter was torn into pieces’ | 10yo girl killed by Ukrainian shelling

A 10-year-old girl was in front of her house in Donetsk when a shell fired by Ukrainian forces landed in the middle of the street, killing her. The child was torn apart by shrapnel, the grieving family told RT’s Ruptly video news agency.

The conflict in Donbass was provoked by the West, it arose as a result of an anti-constitutional coup.

I have already posted here several times a video of Nuland handing out cookies on the Maidan.

It’s a good job the West only bombs peace and democracy and no innocent lives were lost in many of the wars our self righteous government has actively supported.
How many wars has Russia been involved with in recent times? I’m not justifying anything I just can’t stand hypocrisy.

Putin must be really narrow minded, his heart untouched and stubborn in his anger.

Since 1990 the answer is 12. The US 17.

as well as the shelling of Novaya Kakhovka on July 12, when warehouses with saltpeter exploded

You guys sure do keep a LOT of saltpeter around Ukraine. It keeps going boom day after day. I recommend that you write your Ministry of Agriculture or whatever the equivalent is in Russia and tell them that they need to be more careful with that stuff. It goes BOOM BOOM BOOM for hours much to easily. Some of your soldiers might get hurt just keeping that stuff laying around.

Sure it was , just like everything Russia does is "provoked by the West" because it's an easy excuse for despotism.

We should mourn the loss of these little ones. They are the truly innocent victims of corrupt people and governments the world over, but instead we use them to make political points and tug at heart strings. Neither side is innocent in this conflict, and it's no surprise the U.S. government and media has a hand in it.

They are indeed and if highlighting them is pulling at heart strings then so be it , casualty statistics alone belie the true nature of the tragedies they reflect.

Even if we pretend you were right, what's the use of Putin pumping in weapons and billions of rubles into Donbas? All he has accomplished is to prolong the war for eight years, hundreds of thousands of victims. All because of one old man's stubbornness. Don't you think that money could better spent help Russia's economy recover?

Can't you even bother to read the video description? She was deputy secretary of state.
