U.S. to give some ‘Havana syndrome’ victims six-figure compensation
The Biden administration plans to pay some diplomats and intelligence officers roughly $100,000 to $200,000 each to compensate for the mysterious health problems known as “Havana syndrome,” according to congressional aides and a former official familiar with the matter.
The payment plan is the culmination of a multiyear push by Congress, which passed a law last fall mandating that the State Department and CIA compensate current and former officials suffering from what the government calls Anomalous Health Incidents, or AHIs.
Why was U.S. imperialism so bent on foiling African self-determination? Part of it was gaining a stranglehold on the continent’s vast resources: diamonds, uranium, the gold of South Africa, the oil of Angola, etc. Part of it was guaranteeing cheap labor particularly in industrialized South Africa for U.S. automobile manufacturers and tire plants among others. And part of it was disrupting an African Left that was seen as much too close to Moscow and its allies.
Tragically, we may never know the full extent of the skullduggery to which the CIA resorted in order to accomplish its devilish goals. Robeson’s son suspects his father was subjected to “the MKUltra ‘mind depatterning technique,’” involving drugs—but “records related to MKUltra were destroyed in 1973,” says the author. [486]
We also need to know more about the agency seeking “to trigger amnesia by concussion of the brain.” [442] We need to know more about a number of “suicides,” all with a similar methodology: They all “fell from the balconies of New York high-rises.” [474]

The nazi communications were actually coded.
Q hasn't taught anybody anything. A few individuals have taken it upon themselves to try and guess what is and isn't coded and how it might be decoded, with pretty crappy results.
“[A] shot from the back through the chest and into the eye” was how one commentator described it. On May 2, 2020, Germany’s highest constitutional court, the Bundesverfassungsgericht, delivered a judgment that sent shivers through the political and legal institutions of Europe.
It had been asked to rule on the lawfulness of the participation of the Bundesbank, the German central bank, in the European Central Bank’s (ECB) bond-buying program started in 2015. This was a dramatic program of quantitative easing instituted by the ECB’s previous head, Mario Draghi, to combat the worst of the Eurozone crisis.
The court’s ruling was no mere matter of technical monetary policy, however. The problem was, the bond-buying program had already been addressed by the European Court of Justice (ECJ), the highest court in Europe and the ultimate authority on matters of EU law. In a judgment from December 2018, the ECJ had declared the ECB’s bond-buying program lawful. It was this decision that the German constitutional court now took aim at.
Though I don't know the case name.
The German parliament on Friday, the same day the Supreme Court overturned the landmark Roe v. Wade ruling, voted to strike down a Nazi-era law saying that doctors who advertise abortions, or provide information on them, could face up to two years in prison or a fine.

Dominion systems have nine major security “vulnerabilities” that make them inappropriate for use without remedy. To the nine vulnerabilities, DHS-CISA respectively attaches these nine warnings:
“An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to install malicious code, which could also be spread to other vulnerable ImageCast X devices via removable media.”
“An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to disguise malicious applications on a device.”
“…which could be leveraged by an attacker to gain elevated privileges on a device and/or install malicious code.”
“An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to escalate privileges on a device and/or install malicious code.”
“An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to spread malicious code to ImageCast X devices from the EMS.”
“An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to escalate privileges on a device and/or install malicious code.”
“An attacker with physical access may use this to gain administrative privileges on a device and install malicious code or perform arbitrary administrative actions.”
“An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to gain access to sensitive information and perform privileged actions, potentially affecting other election equipment.”
“An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to print an arbitrary number of ballots without authorization.”

"So the day after Q shows up on Roe v Wade (US 113) Donald J. Trump holds a rally in a small suburb of Quincy Illinois (QTown) called Mendon, zip code 62351 (17), with a population of 872 (17) people, and says "it's HOT" (matching Q post 522 dated 1/13), Says "our military is great" (11.3 the only way), then closes the rally by telling everyone to "go home, and get out of the lightning" right as a massive storm hits."
