Today's conclusions. President started laying groundwork that the only way he would lose would be from fraud in April of 2020. Obviously drunk Rudy advising President. From campaign manager to lawyers to AG checked into specific claims of fraud as requested. The evidence did not support it. President became more and more irate, only focused on fraud.

Final item was the fundraising was done under the guise it would be used to fight the fraud. However it was shipped off to another PAC, some PACS of other Trump people like Meadows and to his hotels.

The idea is not to "get bad orange man".... the idea is to prove Trump was part and parcel to the violence that occurred. If Garland then finds conclusive enough evidenc to indict, then all the "getting bad orange man" can be solely left up to the guys at Justice.

It’s worth pointing out that all of this testimony has come from either a trump family member, a trump employee, or a trump appointee.

My republican friends from GA refuse to watch this, but have found 2000 mules so compelling.

I get being skeptical of anything you see on the box, but for some reason 2000 mules has become the gospel truth, and no one had to be under oath. Shame.

What could be rebutted? That these men, lied under oath and did not have these conversations with the President? That the money was not used for other purposes?

And to be honest the same ones who we find out were seeking pardons, could have easily testified instead of fighting it. But the thing is, they are under oath. So they can't state one thing when their phone records etc indicate the opposite or they will probably be in legal trouble for the hijinks they were up to. Which is why they were seeking pardons to begin with.

Yep. James Goldston is the producer of this sh**show. He was supposedly recruited by these so-called lawmakers to shape their story and turn it into a blockbuster presentation. He was at the helm of Good Morning America and Nightline at one time.

Being an American who watched everything, I can tell you that I care.

Everything I have seen so far is pointing to Trump attempting to overthrow the election on lies, lying to his followers, and creating a situation where they (his supporters) attempted an insurrection.

It happened.

A producer cannot make people testify under oath and commit perjury. Nor can he legally change or alter security cam and other footage. Sure he can edit it from 2 hours to 10 minutes but the people on video were still doing what they did. The same videos have been available in other places.

A producer cannot legally alter phone logs and emails and text messages.

Geez, why do you think so many were trying so hard not to produce these records? Because they were complicit in trying to stop a legal transfer of power. Hence the requests for preemptive pardons.
