If your father was running a slave labor camp and was friends with Hitler and you grew up in that environment, then I'm sorry, that disqualifies you from any position of power. Schwab's father was not running a slave labour camp. He was running an engineering business. His company probably did employ some Jewish workers, but so did Oskar Schindler.

There is absolutely no evidence that Hitler even knew of the existence of Eugen Schwab. No evidence of any contact between them. Also, Schwab was not a member of the Nazi Party, and so was not likely to be even allowed admittance to Hitler's proximity.

For starters, Schwab never said that, it was an article hosted on the WEF site, written by someone else that was critiquing that type of society. To make the reader ask themselves if that was what they wanted.
