"Global"? Pariah Status"? LOL! .. Nobody cares about that BS!. Only globalist do. ... Hitler and Napoleon, F'ed around, and found out.
Who gives two Fs, about people you don't care for, or what they "think"? ... No intelligent person does.
With good management, Russia doesn't "need" the "globe". Neither does the U.S.A.. Have you ever looked at a map?
But?
Apparently, the "E.U." does need Russia. Because the E.U. doesn't have wind? Or sunshine? Or solar power?.. To "power" all the "wokeness" and wishes?
So, as an "American"? ... It ain't my problem. My "government" makes it my problem. Which my government, becomes my problem.
As an American,...
It' will even out

The G7 is going for an oil embargo.
I saw, do you think they'll actually be able to do it?
That's even more than I thought was even possible.

(Bloomberg) -- Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s talks with the head of the European Union about proposed sanctions on Russian oil imports made progress but failed to reach a breakthrough, according to both sides.
Orban, who is blocking EU sanctions citing Hungary’s reliance on Russian energy, hosted European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in his Budapest office on Monday evening for a working dinner.
“We made some progress, we could say we took a small step forward,” Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said in a Facebook video after the conclusion of the talks. “A lot more needs to be done, though, for us to potentially change our position.”
Von der Leyen said after the meeting that she’d convene a virtual conference to “strengthen regional cooperation on oil infrastructure.”
The talks with Orban were “helpful to clarify issues related to sanctions and energy security,” she said on Twitter. “We made progress, but further work is needed.”

Right now the only issue is Hungary and Orban. He says an embargo on Russian oil / gas would be a nuke on their (Hungary) economy. I understand the concern (however I disagree with their position).
