In the realm of public opinion:

Abortions should be viewed in the same regards as
bankruptcy, a procedure that should be avoided as much as possible rather than being viewed as an item on a fast food menu.

Birth control, condoms and sex ed are available in this country. Why aren't people using them to their greatest potential?

Ideally, the endangerment of the mothers life and pregnancies brought on about rape/incest should account for the majority of abortions.

In the realm of legality:

Every state should create its own laws to govern itself.

It's your decision to put whatever you want inside your body, whether it be vaccines, recreational drugs or penis.

I don't respect the state laws of Texas in regards to cannabis, so I moved to another state that shares this sentiment.

If someone doesn't respect Texas abortion laws, they could travel to a state that reflects their beliefs, even if it's only to get a medical procedure.

Freedom is still there, the individual can choose how much freedom they want at that point.

Although I personally don't like abortions, I dislike telling someone how to live their life even more.

I did mate , but even still I just find it hard to believe .

So with Roe vs Wade overturned do the previous laws that existed in each individual state before Roe v. Wade get reinstated? Some states may find out they still have total bans in place once the new ruling is published.

The problem I see with that is these laws were not based on the will of the people- it was decided for us. I would love to be able to vote on this issue!

Seven states already have legal full-term abortions. California wants their abortion law to cover the child up to two weeks after birth.

I have personally known more than one woman who has used abortion on more than one occasion as 'birth control' because she didn't make the time to pick up her free birth control pills, or just didn't bother taking them.

Some think abortion should be legal at the end of the first trimester and even into the second trimester; others are ok with full term abortion.

At the end, we all have to answer to a law that's above mans' law, and we will stand alone for the decisions we make while we're here.

I have a feeling the MSM will inflate the numbers of pro-abortion advocates to influence the hive mind and create as much vitriol as possible for the midterms. There's no doubt going to an issue for everybody to be polarized over; we just have to pick our favorite.

I'm with you. I find it hard to believe this is a true leak. It may very well be what the leak says that ends up happening, but the entire Steele Dossier was fake and the press treated it like gospel while Hunter's laptop was a lie ... until it wasn't.

The Problem with Abortion I have is Late Term Abortions .

Like 6 to 9 month late term abortions , I don't understand the point . The Child is so far along that even if you do abort it you still have to physically give birth to the child .

If the pregnancy is 6 months or further just carry the child and Adopt it out , Why abort it ?
