REALLY now? You forgetting the 2014 events which lead up to that?

I notice you conveniently leave that part out. Including the phone call intercepted a month before it happened. The pro-West argument was sank before it even began. Only the most rabid of US government bootlickers could even consider still going along with it

They don't need to! They already supplied equipment (not lethal weapons) and engaged in covert activities that resulted in the overthrow of their government.

Just because they were able to do it without following their usual M.O. of flooding the country with guns to be used by revolutionaries that will later be used against US troops decades later doesn't make it OK

I hear nothing but double standards and US lies in your post. From the Pentagon papers on...the US is a force for evil and it has only gotten worse since Godless Dems illegally occupied the place

I am merely stating an obvious fact. That smart people would take advantage of WW3 to achieve their own objectives.

By illegally occupied you mean won the election?

I can see why you hate democracy, you can't deal with it when it goes against you

Won the election by suppressing legitimate news stories, preventing conservatives from debunking all the left's lies and the 5 years of the invented Russia-hoax people are just now starting to face charges for?

Or how about the entire Democrat establishment working to hype a COVID threat 24/7 claiming Trump didn't have a plan when in reality, their plan was his plan! His "racist" closing of the border for China only (where the disease started)? Use of vaccinations and novel therapeutics? Hah! They are using the Trump plan! Outside of Trump's efforts, its obvious THEY HAD NO CLUE!

If you call that a legitimate win then I feel sorry for you.

That is anything but legitimate.

You say that, but have no evidence yeah?

Evidence shows it was started by Nuland in 2014.

British leader Winston Churchill said, “In war-time truth is so precious that she should always be attended by a bodyguard of lies.” Deception aimed at the public and the Axis was an essential part of Churchill’s war strategy.

The Afghanistan papers reveal yet again that statesmen still believe the truth should be concealed. But the credibility of statecraft and leadership itself were seriously eroded by the Vietnam lies, weakening the fabric of democracy.

The mild reaction to lying in plain sight about Afghanistan suggests the U.S. may be well down the road to unravelling government’s credibility and our democracy altogether.

theconversation.com...

And that is just Vietnam to Iraq! The lies - both in scope and numericity - make everything from the Pentagon Papers to Watergate and Iraq-WMD lies look like Child's Play!

Yeah? Sounds like they were trying to crack down on the "color revolutions" the US had used to destabilize several other sovereign nations it meddled in around that time.

I had hoped to see the same done against antifa, code pink and other groups here.

I have already made clear I believe the democrats and US government pose a far greater threat than Russia.

Russia doesn't threaten my life or freedom
Russia can't attempt to seize the assets of mine it knows about
Russia doesn't infringe on my liberties

That's ALL The US Government and their professional liberal democrats

It's Russia that's invading Ukraine so I imagine Ukranian priorities might be slightly different.

I am certain they will.

Face it, Biden's pullout in Afghanistan was a disaster. As is typical of his party, instead of admitting the mistakes and changing course, he instead chose to double down on stupid. As a result, he pulled out of Ukraine and was even chided by Ukraine's President for antagonizing the situation.

If he hadn't of pulled out, Russia would have been risking starting a nuclear war with us to attack them.
Since he did pull out, Russia no longer had to take the risk of starting a nuclear war with us to attack them.
In order to do anything now, BIDEN would have to take the risk of starting a nuclear war with RUSSIA to attack them.

Can you really not see how Putin did exactly what Trump said he would do? While Biden, Harris and that sag bag Pelosi was on the TeeVee telling the braindead masses Trump-this-Trump-that, Putin TOOK the initiative out of Biden's hand right from under his nose.

And you think THIS is the person who should be fighting & winning WW3?? Really? The person who keeps Generals on his staff that volunteered to tip our enemies off in advance of an attack. The one who selects his people not by competency, but skin color? Sex? Nevermind the fact the whole ordeal was started BY BIDEN and the same crew of people back in 2014 AND he is only now getting so involved because he is flailing and everyone can see it. Polls especially see it. The people see it. He is senile and incompetent.

HAH! Come back with something serious please. Biden is totally incapable. And even if we WANTED to win WW3 (vs. just exploit it for our own ends) we couldn't. Liberal globalists gave our manufacturing away to China. We don't make anything here anymore. We just do a bunch of virtual stuff that doesn't exist on platforms that don't really matter. The West and Western culture is a joke.

Woe. Another $42,000,000,000 to Ukraine! Not like we have rampant inflation, exorbitant gas prices, a homeless crisis or anything going on. Whats another $42 BILLION dollars when it isnt your money that is being spent?

I hope all you killers out there are A-OK with what is now being done not just in your name, but you are financing it too.

Ah, whats it matter, its fake money any way. Has been utterly worthless since it stopped being worth X gold/silver and instead became worth 1 of itself 😂 Jokes on us!

Because like my choice of domestic political parties, its all about lesser of two evils. I feel I can preserve liberty *best* here just as I feel the GOP will do a better job than the DNC at protecting the BOR

Being not as bad as the other guy isn't a career ambition. The US government is trashy

Is Russia in a worse state economically than before February 24th ?

Everyone knows the answer is yes.

4.29.2022

I don't know. $66.5 Billion in revenue since the invasion into Ukraine started, doesn't sound too bad.

At a time when Russia's wielding its energy industry like a hammer (and sickle), a new report illustrates how powerful that weapon is.

A study published Wednesday by the Centre for Research on Energy and Clean Air calculates that Russia earned $66.5 billion from fossil fuel exports since its troops invaded Ukraine on Feb. 24, with Germany as the biggest buyer.
More at: www.usatoday.com...

But everyone agrees the economic news continually coming out of the United States, isn't good.

The Russian economy is forecast to drop by about ten times amount that is being reported for the US.

Oil & Gas exports alone are a poor indicator of economic performance and are ( due to Russias actions) likely to drop significantly this year anyway.

Russia doubles fossil fuel revenue...

Rouble climes to March 2020 levels...

Short term increase based on risng price isn't remotely going to compensate for the long term impact of European countries switching away from Russian gas and oil.

The rouble has went back up due to Russia increasing interest rates and introducing currency controls. Both of which have negative impact on their economy.

GDP is going down, unemployment and inflation are going up.
