That one is also my favourites...

"From the dawn of time we came, moving silently down through the centuries, living many secret lives, struggling to reach the time of the Gathering, when the few who remain will battle to the last. No one has ever known we were among you, until now."

"Why does the sun come up, or are the stars just pinholes in the curtain of night? Who knows.."

"Better to burn out than fade away"

Yep like those too,

I really liked the Cowboys too, one of Wayne's best performances, Bruce Dern just plays that sleazy cowboy to perfection.

Old school I'll watch the Great Escape or Where Eagles Dare any time they are on too.

I enjoyed that movie....but I seem to remember, that in that time, the late 90's the ladies REALLY liked it.
In fact guys went once, but women went multiple times to see it.

The naked gun movies are what we call "blockbuster" (take some time to laugh at that one lol) and German TV aired such movies at Saturday evenings 8:15pm. Mostly US movies!

Only saw matrix very late, about a year before the second and third came out, went to the cinema several times for the 2nd and 3rd, I remember they came out very short after another, like half a year?

Yeah typical jump on the bandwagon and release movies back to back based on the popularity of the first one lol

But the first matrix film, I watched twice back to back on vhs….because I couldn’t believe what I saw so rewound it and watched it again lol
