Pathogens in a level 2 lab are dangerous to the public. Its not so much about the Russians getting samples of TB, polio, HIV, yellow fever etc its about what happens if one gets blown up and all that crap is spread out in the area, or Russian troops go playing with tubes in a freezer that has not had power for 2 weeks.

WHO is probably inside the labs quite a bit, don't see how that helps your absurd claims.

If they weren't dangerous they wouldn't need to be contained in a bsl2.

The type of things russia is making accusations about would only be in a bsl4, and would repeatedly escape if attempted in a bsl3.
