When Hezoballah and Hamas lob rockets at Israeli cities and civilians, that's provocation.
When Israel bulldozes and annexes parts of the West Bank, that's provocation
When Israel bombed a nuclear site in Syria, that's provocation.
When Al Qaeda hit the US, that's provocation.
When ISIS attacked Germany and France and other European nations, that's provocation.
Both sides funding and fueling a civil war in a buffer country, that's not provocation. BOTH sides have been fueling the Ukrainian civil war much the same as both sides fueled the war in Afghanistan, both countries war in that country.
My only question to you is did Ukraine attack Russia?
MOSCOW. March 10 (Interfax) - The Russian military says it has destroyed almost 3,000 military installations in Ukraine.
"As a result of strikes carried out against Ukraine's military infrastructure, 2,998 military installations were destroyed," the ministry's spokesperson Igor Konashenkov told a briefing on Thursday.
He said that over the past 24 hours Russian tactical aircraft had destroyed 68 installations, including two sites of the Ukrainian troop control system, 12 material and technical support centers and three Osa air defense missile systems.
"Russian air defense weapons destroyed in mid-air one MiG-29, three Bayraktar TB2 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and one Tochka-U tactical missile," Konashenkov said.
"In total, since the start of operation Ukraine's military losses have amounted to: 98 aircraft, 110 UAVs, 144 antiaircraft missile systems, 88 radar posts, 1,007 tanks and other fighting armored vehicles, 109 multiple rocket launchers, 374 field artillery weapons and mortar launchers, 793 units of special military automotive equipment," the spokesperson said.
MOSCOW. March 9 (Interfax) - Eighty-nine combat planes and 57 helicopters out of the 250 combat aircraft in possession of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been destroyed by the Russian Aerospace Forces in the air and on the ground since the start of the special military operation in Ukraine, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said at a press briefing on Wednesday.
"When the special operation was launched, the Ukrainian Armed Forces had up to 250 combat airplanes and helicopters in good working order. The Russian Aerospace Forces have destroyed 89 combat planes and 57 helicopters on the ground and in the air," Konashenkov said.
"Some of Ukraine's [combat] planes have relocated to Romania and are not taking part in the fighting," he said.
"Ninety percent of Ukrainian military airfields, which accommodate the core combat aviation force, have been rendered inoperable," Konashenkov said.
"There are almost no qualified Ukrainian [military] pilots of the first and second class left," he said.
"As of today, we are observing only isolated attempts of the Ukrainian Air Force's combat aircraft to take off," Konashenkov said.

one thing I've observed is Western MSM seldom to never shows Ukrainian forces / equipment getting destroyed.

Only Ukranian civilians die apparently, no soldiers.

I read War Zone on the Drive to get my fill, which is rapidly declining. Losing interest.

Oh by the way, have you cared about folks dying in any of the other countless theaters over the years...yeah, that's what I thought. Nevermind non-war zones.

I didn't bat an eye in 2013-2014 when "Ukranians died"
Haven't batted an eye from anyone dying in Donestk or Luhansk nor the Malaysian air flight shot down.
Not everyone is attached to "Ukraine lives." I didn't bat an eye in 2013-2014 when "Ukranians died" in the Maidan / Orange revolution (or whatever color). Though I am watching a UKRAINE ON FIRE documentary by Oliver Stone. I care enough to learn about WHY.
Haven't batted an eye from anyone dying in Donestk or Luhansk nor the Malaysian air flight shot down. I don't know anyone there.

I did my 20 years in the Corps. 20 years worth of caring. 20 years of witnessing atrocities. I have first-hand experience in feeling these peoples pain and helplessness.
Im as opposed to war as an individual can be and dont merely lose interest because it's not on the media cycle du jour.

I hope you understand that one could be forgiven if they were to believe this displays some sociopathic tendencies.

I think it's funny that democrats who always screamed and voiced out loud against war are ACTIVELY supporting the war - whether it be participating in it or funding it. I also think it's hilarious that politicians currently in office are actively calling for assassination of a leader from another country. It's as if some kind of a 'switch' has been turned on and suddenly this mass of people are calling out and blaming Putin for everything
