Because there are hundreds of millions of them, and a tiny percentage die on the field or in practice.

It's not new, but it's been brought to the worlds attention after that soccer player almost died on the pitch on live TV.

This is when people get covid, not just the SARS-CoV2 viral infection....but the same thing is happening to healthy young guys with the vaccine, guys that would not probably get the problem with a viral infection because their innate system would gobble it up and haul it away before it could do damage in healthy young guys. This vaccine technology appears to be the wrong choice, I bet it will be silently removed from use over the next couple of years....they will never admit they were wrong.
