That isn't how ADE works.

ADE occurs when viruses have the ability to infect antibody cells. All the antibodies created by the vaccine flow to the site of your viral infection to fight-off the disease; lo and behold, the virus starts attacking the antibodies. As more antibodies flow to the battle, they also get infected and the course of the disease is "enhanced."

Nothing about obsolete antibodies.

I remember a newspaper article from 1978 or 79 that described a US military bio-weapon that attacked the human "killer T-cells" and compromised the immune system. The article was in the science section and entitled "Killer Cell". A few years after reading that this immune disease outbreak happened with homosexuals and IV drug users. Fauci was helping out back then with that novel virus too!

So is ADE like that then?

That sounds like AIDs, and VAIDs would be more likely to describe a similarity between the two.

I am still pissed I got leveraged into it only to have it blocked (for the moment) about 8 weeks later.

I have already talked to lawyers, they are just waiting for the current court cases to end, and additional data to come in from unforeseen complications and then the people responsible are going to get lit up in the courts.

ETA: some lawyers believe they have whats needed to show willful disregard of evidence up to and including intentional lies to push the vax.

1 of the lawyers was at the Jag office, they see no good ending to the mandates, biggest difference between this and the anthrax shots is when the issues start. (for those that dont know anthrax vax used to be mandatory till they suddenly went whoops wasnt as safe as we thought, and no the va wont even discuss it with me at least)

Question is what are we going to do about it
If this continues it only gets exponentially worse

I find it interesting many of the pro mask, pro lockdown, pro school closing, pro covid 6 to 8 shot vaccine posters on ATS are increasingly becoming more and more silent.

Where going silent because most of us are fed up with the gob smacking stupid around here (its why i left coming to ATS way back in 2012 for a good 8 years) and simply cant be arsed trying to counter argue with you lot. If i wanted to bash my head against a brick wall, i can go outside and do it in the open air...

I and many others have more important things to do with our lives.

I'll be honest, cancer takes a while to show up, and based on previous experience, most thing are said to cause cancer, so the worry that this may do that, is enough for me to not want it. Well, that and the part where if you don't take it, you still have a really, really good chance of not dying, at least from the Rona.

My husband got the anthrax in the 90s, so far he is ok, but with soo many things going on he could be having effects from it and as usual will blamed it on something else.

Debunked in that this would have been clearly visible in any AIDS study made after the vax. AIDS patients are routinely monitored and would act as a canary in a coal mine for situations like this.

I'm not aware of any recorded fall in general immunity in any population in any country that can back this up.

It would be next to impossible to cover up as we'd see an instant uptick in low level infections becoming serious in multiple populations.

Unless someone can find cooberating evidence in other studies then the ops content is clearly fake.

Vaccination is not required for ADE. If you opt for "natural immunity," your body will still produce a ton of antibodies over the course of the infection, which may lead to ADE.

However, ADE is very rare. If it was common, 99~% of us wouldn't have recovered so easily.

Yes. I love peering behind the curtain - one, because I'm interested in SOTA research regarding COVID-19; also because I work in the medical device industry. I know what we submit to the FDA, I know what becomes public and what stays private/proprietary. It's fascinating for me as an RA guy to see an internal Pfizer document.

One of the regulatory requirements in the medical industry is for manufacturers to develop a system for risk management.

"Risk" is a technical term, meaning a combination of the probability of harm occurring and the severity of that harm.

Let's run through a simple example for the drug aspirin.

We have identified a risk of allergic reaction. The average probability of an allergic reaction is about 1% of the population. The severity of that allergic reaction is symptoms such as flushing, itchy rashes (hives), blocked and runny nose and asthma (sometimes severe), usually within an hour of taking a tablet.

To define the risk, plug your severity + harm into your "risk acceptability" system. Let's say there is a LOW probability of harm, and a MODERATE severity of harm. LOW probability + MODERATE severity = TOLERABLE in our hypothetical risk management system.

Now that we've analysed the risk, we look at the benefits of the drug.

Benefits of aspirin include relieving headache, reducing swelling, and reducing a fever. Taken daily, aspirin can lower the risk of cardiovascular events, such as a heart attack or stroke, in people with a high risk. Let's say these are MODERATE benefits.

Now, finally, the manufacturer plugs this information into their risk management system and completes a risk-benefit analysis. We have a TOLERABLE risk (not a negligible risk), and MODERATE benefits. The risk management system, defined by the manufacturer, might say something like "when a tolerable risk provides moderate benefits, the manufacturer shall declare the risks on the label of the drug." This is called risk mitigation. The entire risk management system and risk analysis of the drug must be submitted to the FDA, which brings us back to the topic at hand.

If a manufacturer can't fully analyse the risk, like in the case of this Pfizer document - the probability of harm is not known - there isn't much the manufacturer can do. You can't mitigate a risk if it isn't fully analysed. They are doing their due diligence by identifying all possible known risks, such as the potential for VAED, but the risk analysis ends if you can't estimate the probability of harm. They didn't identify even one confirmed case of VAED. Hence the statement, "In this review of subjects with COVID-19 following vaccination, based on the current evidence, VAED/VAERD remains a theoretical risk for the vaccine. Surveillance will continue."

A few years ago, when I first started hearing about MRNA being delivered into our cells via nanolipidparticles, I did a quick Google search that anyone one could perform asking, what exactly is a nanolipidparticle. Here's what I found;

"Lipid nanoparticles are spherical vesicles made of ionizable lipids, which are positively charged at low pH (enabling RNA complexation) and neutral at physiological pH (reducing potential toxic effects, as compared with positively charged lipids, such as liposomes). Owing to their size and properties, lipid nanoparticles are taken up by cells via endocytosis, and the ionizability of the lipids at low pH (likely) enables endosomal escape, which allows release of the cargo into the cytoplasm. In addition, lipid nanoparticles usually contain a helper lipid to promote cell binding, cholesterol to fill the gaps between the lipids, and a polyethylene glycol (PEG) to reduce opsonization by serum proteins and reticuloendothelial clearance."

Perhaps the reason vaccines as you say, "In laymen's terms this means that the vaccine leaves your immune system worse off than having no vaccine at all," is because...

"Opsonization refers to the process or molecular mechanism that uses opsonins to make a molecule (e.g. antigen) palatable to the phagocyte. For instance, opsonins (e.g. antibodies) bind to the surface of the bacterial cell. This makes the phagocytes (e.g. NK cells and macrophages) interact strongly with the opsonins coating the bacterial cell. Thus, opsonins serve as marks or tags that designate an antigen or a molecule for ingestion and elimination through phagocytosis."

It appears to my untrained eyes, that the polyethylene glycol, is necessary to mute the immune system from attacking the cargo being delivered to the cytoplasm. But once you do this, the entire "reticuloendothelial system" is compromised.

"In anatomy the term "reticuloendothelial system", often associated nowadays with the mononuclear phagocyte system, was originally launched by the beginning of the 20th century to denote a system of specialized cells that effectively clear colloidal vital stains from the blood circulation."

Am I wrong? Am I not understanding? If so, set me straight. Seems like the direct link to ADE is found in the aforementioned definition.

At the start of the pandemic there were a lot of people who were scared and confused, who didn't understand things such as the difference between a virus and a bacteria, or who didn't understand what vaccines did.

Now we're got a hard core of people who are so deeply embed in whatever conspiracy they're into that they simply can't be reasoned with, or they know full well what they are saying is garbage and are deliberately saying it to mess with people.

When someone tells you with a totally straight face that over 100 million health care officials in 127 countries have been bribed to peddle poison, or to stay silent about the people who are, there's little you can do to reason with them.

You're wrong on multiple levels.

The vax doesn't supress your immune system. It contains a number of ingredients that allow the mRNA package to survive for long enough in your body to be delivered.

These ingredients ONLY protect the mRNA by acting as a short of cloaking device, and they decay quickly. You're immune system isn't reduced in any way, and these ingredients don't prevent it from acting against anything else in the body. Such as a common cold virus.

Imagine that you were playing Metal Gear, and the playable character was the mRNA, and you hide him from the guards under a box. That box doesn't reduce the effectiveness of those guards against anything or anyone else. If Metal Gear were a co-op game, for example, they would still be able to find and kill your teammate. Once you get your character out from under that box, the guards will be able to see them just as before.

Antibodies are not cells. They are bits of protein that adhere to receptors on the viral capsule preventing it from attacking receptor sites on the cells it would otherwise invade and hijack for replication. The only purpose of these proteins is to gum up those viral receptors.
