When Wisconsin reclaims their 10 fraudulent electoral ballots this request would head to the President of the Senate which is normally held by the Vice President which would be Harris and weirdly she is the one that would be asked to act against herself.
If she recuses herself that duty will fall to Patrick Leahy, the Protempure of the U.S. Senate. [used to be held by Trust Grassley].
