But if we on the other hand apply the same reasoning that US dem politicians called for violence that "should not stop", rioting, looting, arson should not stop. Bottom line. Trump got more LEGAL votes than Biden in WI-MI-GA-PA-AZ-NV. Trump was re-elected in Nov 2020. PERIOD.

It DOES say that your right to bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. The whole arguement "the concept didnt exist back then" is irrelevant; the weapons people owned back then were on parity with whoever they might have to defend against. Thats the true spirit of the amendment, the right to defend one's self with adequate force.
