If there is zero data in favor of aspiration just say so.

Good thing I didn't say believe me, I said show me the data. You can't do it. Instead you reply 'This guy's a Dr so you need to trust him' and then say 'I dont trust someone just because they are a Dr'.

So basically you only care about what supports what you want to be true, and have no interest in what is actually true. Got it.

They concluded that IM vaccinations using the pragmatic approach were less painful and there were no benefits to following the standard approach.

The standard approach (aspiration) was more painful and had no benefit. I truly appreciate your source.
