They are not even looking at any of the evidence, much less giving it due consideration, but are dismissing the cases for purely procedural reason or any other excuse.

You forgot the option that most likely reflects reality.

They have the goods and the US government, and their secrecy programs, are engaged in a full-scale cover-up, for "national security" reasons, of course.

Evidence of this 3rd option continues to build.

Unfortunately, if this is the case, I know of no legal recourse for Americans.

corrupt judges, like the one who would not allow Hillary's text messages included in the trial 2 weeks ago, are more common than we can imagine.

Most importantly for demonstrating election problems, is the communications that occurred prior to election day between officials.

If some of the coordination and conspirito communications are produced, the eyes of the entire country will be opened.

Just like Ashley Biden admitting that Joe Biden showered with her inappropriately, when she was a child. That is first party evidence.

On Friday Yavapai County Superior Court Judge John Napper ruled that AG Brnovich waited too long to demand changes to the Arizona state election procedures to affect the 2022 midterm elections. Judge Napper was appointed by Republican Governor Doug Ducey. Brnovich had plenty of time to act, but waited until the last minute to demand Secretary of State Katie Hobbs to improve the procedure manual before the 2022 midterms.

Like I said in the First Arizona Audit thread (approx 8/2021), if the required changes are not made in a state's election system before July 2022, most cannot be made because there's not enough lead time to change suppliers, or order new materials, or train employees, before election day.

The Democrats were able to change gears quickly in 2020 to mass mail and drop boxes, because in many cases they didn't get proper approvals (pandemic you know), and they had planned the "scheme" for months in advance. The leader of the Democrat party (Joe Biden) gave the order in April of 2020, to mobilize resources necessary for the November 2020 BIG CHEAT.
