It seems to me that Anyone Without a Verified Birth Certificate and Federal Government Issued Social Security Card should be Perminately ineligible to Vote in Federal Elections.
SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — Puerto Rico’s elections commission said Tuesday that it’s reviewing its contract with a U.S. electronic voting company after hundreds of discrepancies were discovered following the island’s heated primaries.
The problem stemmed from a software issue that caused machines supplied by Dominion Voting Systems to incorrectly calculate vote totals, said Jessika Padilla Rivera, the commission’s interim president.
While no one is contesting the results from the June 2 primary that correctly identify the winners, machine-reported vote counts were lower than the paper ones in some cases, and some machines reversed certain totals or reported zero votes for some candidates.
Michigan Judge Christopher Yates just ruled that Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s Election Manual sent to election officials across the state is unconstitutional and against state law.
Judge Yates also mandated strict signature verification for mail-in ballots, making it more difficult for Democrats to cheat with their mass-manufactured votes.
Via Rasmussen Reports:
Two-thirds of voters are worried that cheating could affect this year’s election, and many of them still don’t trust electronic voting machines.
Sixty-six percent (66%) of Likely U.S. voters are concerned that the outcome of the presidential election will be affected by cheating, including 40% who are Very Concerned. Thirty-one percent (31%) aren’t concerned, including 14% who are Not At All Concerned about cheating in the election.
Belief that electronic voting machines may be vulnerable to online hacking – which has been the subject of coverage by the New York Times, NBC News, National Public Radio and other news organizations – remains widespread.
Forty-four percent (44%) of voters think it’s likely that many electronic voting machines are connected to the Internet during elections, including 21% who consider it Very Likely. Thirty-five percent (35%) don’t believe it’s likely voting machines are connected to the Internet during elections, including 23% who say it’s Not At Likely. Another 20% are not sure.

Michigan Judge Rules Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s Election Manual Is Unconstitutional and Against State Law — A Major Blow to Crooked Michigan Democrats
As The Gateway Pundit reported back in 2020, election fraud whistleblowers came forward in December following the controversial election, including one who witnessed the shipping of an estimated 144,000-288,000 completed ballots across three state lines on October 21 2020.
The Gateway Pundit later discovered that rather than investigate this massive alleged crime, US Attorney General Bill Barr called up investigator Tony Shaffer and KILLED the investigation! He never lifted a finger to investigate this enormous act of election fraud!

You might think that this is a yarn that Morgan made up, but you’d be wrong. In its highly-redacted “Closing Memorandum,” the Post Office Inspector General (OIG) does not deny that Morgan was a subcontractor truck driver who took mail from Bethpage to Harrisburg, and then to Lancaster. The OIG claims that Morgan identified the wrong trailer number, and that his estimate of ballots could be much lower.
In the document, the OIG acknowledges that a contractor in Rochester, New York printed 650,000 general election ballots that went to Pennsylvania. Of the total, 450,000 went to Philadelphia County and 200,000 went to Chester County. In explaining how the printing company delivered the ballots to the Pennsylvania counties, the OIG states:
[Redacted name of printing company] explained, but could not confirm, the ballots for both PA BOEs [Pennsylvania Boards of Elections] were most likely delivered to those respective locations by their delivery trucks, or entered in the mail stream locally in Rochester, NY (emphasis added).
So, after more than a year of investigation, the Post Office IG was still not sure if the two batches of printed ballots were shipped into Pennsylvania in trucks owned by the printing company, or were taken to Rochester-area post offices to be delivered in government trucks. Wouldn’t the Post Office know whether or not it delivered the 650,000 ballots?
While Democrats used every dirty trick in the book to prevent their opponents from watching them steal the election in 2020, the GOP and Independent poll challengers were able to identify the biggest fraud taking place in plain sight—dirty voter rolls, courtesy of MI SOS Jocelyn Benson.
Votes were being processed at the TCF Center by election workers, even though the voter’s names didn’t appear in the electronic poll books or supplemental poll books. Poll challengers had no way of knowing if they were watching votes being cast by dead or imaginary voters, as the voter rolls were so over-bloated that it was impossible for them to check for the legitimacy of the so-called 150,000 “voters” who pushed Biden to an alleged victory in the must-win state of Michigan.
In September 2020, Benson revealed that 500,000 of the 7.7 million unsolicited absentee ballot applications had been returned between May and August. The far-left MI Secretary of State told the Detroit News that she would perform voter list “maintenance” after the November 3 election, citing federal law prohibiting list maintenance 90 days before an election.
One can’t help but question the timing of Jocelyn Benson’s decision to mail the absentee ballot applications in May. Was this a strategic move to exploit a loophole in federal law, preventing the removal of ineligible voters before the November election? Such actions raise serious doubts about the integrity of the election process.
In June, conservative activist and Michigan Freedom Fund director Tony Daunt filed a lawsuit to force Secretary of State Benson to clean up the voter rolls. Daunt claims that his lawsuit was why Benson was forced to remove 177,000 names from the Michigan voter rolls.
Why did Michigan’s Democrat SOS Jocelyn Benson only remove 177,000 names from her voter rolls when, in September, she reported that an estimated 500,000 of the 7.7 million unsolicited ballot applications were returned because the recipients had either died or moved?
Leftist groups argue that forcing Nevada election officials to follow the law and clean up dirty voter rolls will ‘threaten’ voting rights.
Swing-state Nevada’s dirty voter rolls include hundreds of suspect addresses, at bars, strip clubs, empty parking lots, and other commercial addresses, according to an investigation by the Public Interest Legal Foundation. Doing so is clearly against the law.
To that end, the foundation has filed a petition in Washoe County, Nevada’s second-most populous county, to force elections officials to investigate and fix commercial addresses on the voter roll. PILF investigators found addresses on the rolls reported as liquor stores, empty lots, and even the Nevada Gaming Control Board, among others.
Elias Law Group and a band of leftists have sought to intervene in PILF’s petition for a writ of mandamus, arguing that forcing Washoe election administrators to follow the law and clean up the county’s dirty voter rolls will “threaten” voting rights.
The would-be intervenors claim that their members and constituents would be forced to “expend substantial resources to educate voters and protect them from baseless attacks on their eligibility.”
Anyone care to make sense of that argument?
Joe Biden’s personal attorney Bob Bauer told Politico that he is preparing to challenge the 2024 election results.
“We’re seeing — and have seen — election officials say, ‘If I’m not satisfied with the outcome here, I may not certify; I’ll just block it.’ And you saw that play out very dramatically in Michigan in 2020. That is something that we might see more of this time around,” Bob Bauer told Politico.
Trump increased his vote totals by 12 million votes in 2020 over his initial win in 2016.
Biden won the fewest number of counties in the 2020 election by any alleged “winner” in history – winning only 16% of all US counties.
The Democrat machine produced 81 million ballots in 2020 and since nothing has changed in the last four years, they’ll do it again.
In an ongoing lawsuit concerning the 2020 election, attorneys for Fulton County, Georgia, made a controversial argument yesterday. They suggested that a temporary injunction preserving the 2020 Fulton election ballots should be lifted, which would allow the ballots to be destroyed before they are unsealed, copied, and revealed to the public.
The attorneys also contended that Fulton County should receive attorney fees for the case, despite a Georgia Supreme Court ruling that overturned lower court decisions and confirmed standing for the plaintiffs who seek to copy and inspect the ballots, according to the VoterGA.
Dominion CEO John Poulos is served by Yehuda Miller as he enters an office building in Manhattan.
Dominion CEO John Poulos was served on Thursday morning in Manhattan.
Conservative investigative journalist Yehuda Miller served Poulos as he entered work for Gold Star Mother Tina Peters.
MI Senator Pete Lucido (R) began his questioning of Mr. Poulos by asking if Dominion has any way to access any of the equipment on their machines remotely. The Dominion president responded by saying, “No.”
Then-MI Senator Pete Lucido (R) asked Mr. Poulos, “How do I know, as a voter, Mr. Poulos, that I didn’t have any irregularity of the software being manipulated? How can I be sure of that?” The Dominion CEO responded by saying a “hand count audit and recount” would resolve any questions about the integrity of the machines.
Posting on his X platform, Musk broke down how the system is specifically designed to make it near impossible for people to prove the existence of voter fraud.
“When combined with mail-in ballots, the system is *designed* to make it impossible to prove fraud,” Musk wrote, in response to a post by Wall Street Apes about how Democrats are planning to rig the 2024 presidential election in their favor.
“Mail-in and drop box ballots should not be allowed, as cameras on the in-person voting stations would at least prevent large-scale fraud by counting how many people showed up vs ballots cast,” he continued.
Musk’s comments come as House Democrats seek to stymie a Republican-led bill aimed at ensuring that non-citizens and illegal immigrants are not permitted to vote in federal elections.
The Biden regime has also attempted to undermine the bill, stating it “strongly opposes” efforts to prevent non-citizens from voting, which represents a key element of how the left steals elections from the American people.
“The alleged justification for this bill is based on easily disproven falsehoods,” the White House said in a statement.
“Additionally, making a false claim of citizenship or unlawfully voting in an election is punishable by removal from the United States and a permanent bar to admission.”
“States already have effective safeguards in place to verify voters’ eligibility and maintain the accuracy of voter rolls.”
Musk, meanwhile, has repeatedly warned about threats to electoral integrity, with fraud operations playing pivotal roles in both the 2020 presidential elections and the 2022 midterms.
Over the weekend, he argued that Democrats are planning to steal further elections, thus explaining their vehement opposition to the latest integrity bill.
The primary reasons for a secret ballot are to protect the voter against coercion, intimidation, blackmail, and the like, and also the temptation to sell one’s vote. (As every holdout juror on an 11-to-1 hung jury can tell you, there can be enormous pressure to change one’s vote.) In 1948 vote buying in all its various forms became a federal crime (18 U.S.C. § 597).
Once a ballot is cast privately, all connection to the voter is broken: when the urn is dumped out and there is a black ball among the balls, no one knows who cast the “no” vote.
Similarly, in most modern voting systems, once the voter has been checked in, all connection to the voter is broken, and there is no personally-identifiable information on the ballot (no name, address, voter ID, etc.).
This break is what enables the switch from secret voting to transparent public counting. As the South Carolina Constitution puts it, “All elections by the people shall be by secret ballot, but the ballots shall not be counted in secret.”
The Georgia State Election Board has called for an emergency meeting today, July 12.
The move comes in response to reports that Fulton County officials have unlawfully established a team of monitors for the upcoming 2024 elections without state approval.
“BREAKING: The Georgia State Election Board has scheduled an emergency meeting today. Why? Because corrupt Fulton County officials have created a team of “monitors” for the 2024 election that HAVE NO APPROVAL FROM THE STATE. They’re getting ready to cheat. Again,” former Newsmax and OANN White House Correspondent Emerald Robinson wrote on X.
Former Trump administration chief spokeswoman, Liz Harrington, confirmed this on social media platform X, stating:
“In response to SEB2023-025, Fulton County and Raffensperger’s office are trying to ram through a ‘monitoring team’ that would put those who helped cover up 2020 in charge of observing Fulton County in 2024.”
Harrington further detailed her concerns about the proposed monitoring team’s members.
“The list includes Ryan Germany, Raffensperger’s general counsel in 2020 Matt Mashburn, former SEB member who sicced the FBI on the author of the SEB2023-025 complaint Monica Childers, who worked on the hand count audit for Voting Works, whose software ARLO included fraudulent entries amounting to at least 4,081 false Biden votes,” Harrington wrote.
