and she got over $6 million from "out of state" sources

What in the world did she use that money for!? Stocking up on extra ballots? Because she certainly didn't use it for public appearances or rallies.

Law-enforcement and judicial authorities tend to give elected officials a lot of leeway, just because millions of people voted for him/her.

WTH is Trump thinking???

Trump Congratulates Ronna McDaniel After She Wins Contentious Election For RNC Chair

“Congratulations to Ronna McDaniel on her big WIN as RNC CHAIR,” Trump wrote in a post to Truth Social. “Now we have to STOP THE DEMOCRATS FROM CHEATING IN ELECTIONS!”

McDaniel is currently refusing any help to Kari and the other candidates in their lawsuits, and she totally and completely turned her back on Arizona before and during the elections here, knowing damn well this election is uncertifiable. And we have the strongest election integrity candidates in the country! Why would Trump think she's going to stop anyone from cheating in our elections???

This is worse than a joke.

I'm glad Kari has stopped using the two words election fraud. That sets the bar too high. Not judge would go along with that.

Donald Trump's endorsement of Kevin McCarthy miffed me also, until I looked deeper and found out why he endorsed Kevin.

For legal purposes, I agree, because "fraud" does have a legal definition. It's one of the reasons why I prefer "election integrity" where interchangeable.

Generally speaking, however, "fraud" is not inaccurate. When an elected official knowingly and deliberately fails to do their job, that is fraud upon the people. When an elected official takes office knowing they will not perform their duties according to the law, that is fraud. When elected officials lie about what they have and have not done, that is also fraud.

But more important, we don't need to prove any particular fraud to prove that the election outcome is uncertain. We know the law was not followed. We know that safeguards were weakened or eliminated altogether. We know that ballots appeared out of nowhere. We know that the election is not certifiable.

Donald Trump's endorsement of Kevin McCarthy miffed me also, until I looked deeper and found out why he endorsed Kevin.

I have no idea what that reason is, but I doubt I would be convinced anyway. People have lots of reasons for doing the wrong thing. It's still wrong.

Was this the "Bombshell" Kari Lake hinted at, early last week?

Kari Lake Holds Electric 'Save Arizona' Rally with 4x Capacity Trying to Get In - Even Trump Called In
More at: www.westernjournal.com...

More optimism surrounds Kari's election-results challenge, than any prior...except maybe the 20-state challenge that corrupt Justice Roberts rejected for no good reason.

Today:

WATCH LIVE: 2 PM MST/3 PM Central: Arizona Senate To Hear Presentation On Election Mechanics PART 2 By Shelby Busch – NEW Chain Of Custody And Ballot Adjudication Findings To Be Presented

I tried to watch the last hearing, but it was very poor quality and I couldn't hear much of it, so it just wasn't worth the effort.

I'm glad this is happening before Kari's appeals hearing on Thursday. Hopefully, the information to be discussed during the Senate hearing today is already in Kari's filings with the court...

I don't think this was the bombshell... at least I hope it's not the bombshell. I want more!!!

But the rally was certainly impressive. People were removed from the building due to over-capacity, so Kari went outside to speak to those removed after speaking inside. The overwhelming support for Kari is undeniable.

One of the allegations I keep seeing repeated is that the 19" ballots were printed on 20" paper for the purpose of jamming the machines... but are we sure about that?

If it's true that the 19" ballots printed on 20" paper essentially shift each candidate up one line... and if it's true that in so doing a vote for Kari Lake becomes a "vote" for Katie Hobbs, and so on down the line... isn't it more likely that the purpose was to shift votes from Republican to Democrat?

Presumably, if the purpose and expectation was the latter, no one would have been the wiser...

Which would make the machines jamming on Election Day an unexpected (and undesirable) result, bringing much attention to the matter.

Just my musings this morning...

Here come the swarms

BREAKING: Kari Lake Could Face Felony Charges

And Kari's rebuttal:

JUST IN: Kari Lake’s Attorneys Respond To “PHONY Allegation” And Attempted Political Persecution By Arizona’s New Regime

The background:

Kari Lake’s legal team has responded to questionably elected Arizona Secretary of State and former Mexican Drug Cartel lawyer Adrian Fontes’ “phony allegation” and request for Attorney General Kris Mayes to “investigate and take appropriate enforcement action against Kari Lake.”

Her response in part (via her attorney):

Adrian Fontes selectively quotes the statute in an attempt to distort the law and smear Kari Lake in the process.

This information came from the Arizona Senate investigation on acceptance of clearly mismatched signatures on early ballots, and Kari Lake has an absolute right under the First Amendment to republish the information presented to the Senate.

With Kris Mayes' newly acquired position also being contested by Kari's lawsuit, her response will be noteworthy --
whatever it is.

(all these "K" names... Kari, Katie, Kris...)

The machines don't need to jam, nor do the votes need to switch in order to facilitate fraud.

All that needs to happen is for the machines to not be able to properly read the ballots so that they will be forced into adjudication. Having an adjudication process without proper safeguards like chain-of-custody records or 2-party oversight, makes it easier for, and more likely that, fraud will occur.

I definitely agree with all of the above!

My thought, though, is that the skyhigh number of ballots requiring adjudication (in 2020 and 2022) is already under scrutiny, including the Senate hearing being held today. They may have been trying to avoid the number of adjudicated ballots this election, albeit failing miserably. If anything, the machine failures only brought more adjudicated ballots than ever.

So today is Kari's appeals court hearing. I'm not finding a link to watch it live. If someone else has one, please post!

I'm not sure exactly how this will play out if the court rules in Kari's favor... except that no matter who wins/loses, it will be appealed by the losing parties. But I believe if the judge rules for Kari, it will be sent back to the lower court for re-consideration and re-examination. So, for example, if the appeals court rules that Kari does not have to prove malicious intent, but only needs to prove the results are uncertain, the lower court judge will either need to change his ruling or will need to find another reason to rule against her.

Does anyone know more? I'm very happy to be corrected!!!

I gotta say I'm encouraged that I've seen many outlets (including MSN!) posting Kari's tweet with the signature samples!!!

It's rather amusing to the extent that Fontes has called for an investigation against Kari for posting the photos... but media is doing the same thing. Is Fontes going to demand the AG investigate and prosecute everyone re-posting???

But I love that folks are seeing for themselves what election officials are refusing to admit and Big Media has refused to report: The signatures don't match! Not even close!!!

Curiously enough, some outlets have turned off comments... others seem to be limiting comments. That may be a good thing. Just let the pics stand on their own merit.
