Perhaps they didn't have to look. Maybe they were planted. Or maybe they knew where they were from the gitgo, and now is just the right time to produce them for maximum negative effect for Old Joe.

Perhaps the midterms? Perhaps that was the time pre-determined to replace Old Joe?

If my suspicions are correct about this being planned all along, then this is my best guess.

I think Joe's lawyers were preemptively cleaning up crime scenes and evidence in anticipation of documents being subpoenaed by the newly-elected Republican investigation committees.

Glad you said that. I was thinking along those lines too. Just in a "what if" kinda way.

I've got the midterms in my head as a placemarker so to speak, a crossroads in terms of what next. Is this ("finding" classified docs) the plan only if Pubs took back the House and/or Senate? Would it have been different if the Dems had kept the House?

I have no answers or opinions at this point. Just still pondering and speculating!

It does make sense. If for no other reason than that Hunter knows that if Papa Joe goes down, Hunter goes down. And Hunter would have learned to be cutthroat and ruthless in protecting himself from Papa Joe himself.

I don't think dems had any doubt the republicans would take back the house in the midterms. It was only ever a matter of 'by how much?'.

These 25,000 ballots are key to the fraud. These ballots ARE the fraud. They must be.

With no published ballot tallies from the precincts, and no chain-of-custody documentation to/from Runbeck with tallies of ballots transported, there is no way to know how many ballots were actually collected and transported to Runbeck on Election Day.

With no-chain-of-custody documentation, nor is there any way to know how many ballots were transported from Runbeck to MCTEC.

Nor is there any way to know if/how many fraudulent ballots Runbeck employees created and added to the legitimate ballots.

Pretty much all we have are the number of ballots counted from MCTEC.

We had unexpected company show up this weekend... had a wonderful visit, but I gotta admit I was going nuts because I wanted to get back to this!

I didn't think new evidence was allowed in appeals, but maybe I'm wrong about that.

Interesting nevertheless. Even if this new evidence doesn't make it to court, I sure hope it makes it to the public.

It can't be...

But, in Arizona, she can make a Motion To Reinstate Dismissed Case, and introduce the new evidence in that motion.

If her legal team is half as competent as I hope they are, they are already on it.

If I were them, if the evidence pans out, and is as big as they are claiming, I'd withdraw my appeal and make the new motion to reinstate.

Said evidence is easily avoided these days with the use of encrypted messages.

I can only imagine that the players involved in any major election fraud scheme, know this.

We also seem to have a problem with evidence going missing, and or being covered-up, after it's discovered.

But remember that they cannot win as long as we don't give up. As long as there good people in the fight, as long as truth continues to come to light, there is hope. And there are still good people in the fight. Stay strong, keep fighting the good fight, and keep your faith till the end.

Never say never, but one would think they'd be pretty careful about committing anything to a written record/recording.

I think the most/best we could hope for is whistleblower evidence (emails, in-office memos, voicemails) of who knew what when... and/or who ordered what when.

But I'd be thrilled to be proven wrong!
