I'm not sure it is true yet... but if it is, I'm guessing it's a state law pertaining to state offices, not a federal law and not applicable to federal offices. But that's just my best guess.

It would sure be fun to see how many voters would join such a class action suit...

ETA: I have to add, it could also be a wild goose chase to keep the angry mobs feeling like they're doing "something". Keep us busy and distracted.

Does anybody know if the audits from a while back had anything at all about the election service companies and them handling ballots ?? ❗ Like signatures of WHO handled ballots and who verified who signed was real ? ❗

And do it FAST. Force a "freeze" on all electronic and paper and other election materials. Officials took too long after November 2020. Lots was erased, burned, and compacted at the scrap yard. Some officials were caught on closed circuit video erasing fraudulent data, but the judge was too lazy to look at that evidence. (Congress looked, but Dems controlled the committee, so....)

Yes, very much so, and with the same company for Maricopa, hired by team hobbs

Two reasons why Hobbs should have been soundly defeated by 10 points by Lake.

1. Refusing to debate her opponent. ( I have never seen that in a Senate race before. It shows she is a coward and can’t defend her own positions).

2. Refusing to recuse herself from running for Governor since her job as Secretary of State is to ensure a fair election.

Either (A) the news people get on TV or the Internet with this information was memory holed or (B) the masses in Arizona need mental health help and the Republic is lost.

I will advocate for adding this to the 'katie hobbs election fraud prevention' constitutional amendments in all 50 states.

I'd even support collecting fingerprints to vote, and in person only at this point, this democrat party banana republic stuff has gotten way out of hand.

I'll be on site monitoring, reporting (and causing trouble when necessary) every day if Maricopa Audit 2.0 gets started, but I don't have what it takes to get it started.

So AZ senate and governor races have gone blue while 5 of the 8 districts have gone to the house, 1 being a flip.

12,832 voters didnt vote for a governor compared to the senate race.

Voting machines didn't register a governor selection on at least 12,832 ballots.

We have 12,832 from the so called 'federal only' maricopa voters that aren't even US citizens?
