Thank you for one of the first clear counter comment to my OP. I appreciate you actually wanting to contribute.

Re: Your comments - That certainly could be the case, Trump has a long line of failed business in his past. Trump air anyone?

If this is a true attempt at business, all the power to him. I just hope that he is not doing this to rip of the average person. Unfortunately, his history would speak against that.

No problem.

I consider this venture to be no different than when Vince McMahon tried creating the XFL to take on the NFL. It was a good idea on paper, but taking down a monster like that is practically impossible. I think it's the same regarding social media. No matter how many times people show perfectly legit reasons to stop using these platforms does anybody listen?? Nope, everyone is addicted and has so much time/effort/money invested in the current ones that it'll take a miracle for them to switch over.

Now I could honestly believe Trump's ego is big enough that he actually expected to be able to compete, but he may not understand his demographic. Many of his supporters, myself included, don't want more social media. We want less of it. I bet most people who sign up for it realize after a few days that it's mostly a barren wasteland, so if they care enough to use social media they'll just return to the main ones since everyone else they know is still on them.

The only way we could get people off of those platforms would be to completely shut them down, but as time has told us, they have powerful partners and won't be going anywhere anytime soon. No matter how much censorship they do, how much the owners lie to congress, they seem untouchable.

Also, give it time, if enough people actually do start using it and the ad revenue can start rolling in then this whole gamble could actually pay off. You can't build an empire, or destroy one, in a day so to speak.

The fact that my response went completely over your head tells me you are completely out of touch. As I suspected and stated, your contributions bring no value except to draw attention to yourself.

Already got my puts on $DWAC and doing quite well.

But in all honesty I don’t know how this business could do bad. I mean he does hold a big social media following, he is not a managing partner and this is the perfect money laundering vehicle. If this one crashes then he just retire happy with what he has.

Then when he does it's "grifting"

Well, it is apparent that retail investors that bought in $110+ per share have now lost their shirt. I wonder were all those profits went?

I'm having trouble finding the words here to describe how breathtakingly out of touch with reality this statement is. Stock dumping on insider info is the primary interaction many of our representatives have with securities and they literally use it to take advantage of retail investors rather than try to regulate it. Yellen makes millions in speaking fees at all the biggest Wall Street firms. Pelosi has millions constantly moving based on her inside information. Pelosi somehow has around 3x the APY of Warren Buffett, who is a full-time investor with a billion dollar organization behind him. The SEC is a revolving door to Wall Street firms.

Utterly disconnected.

Trump is the universal catalyst for cognitive meltdown. His name is attached to a stock, which dipped after a huge spike in a fairly typical fashion, and that is somehow more news worthy than the systematic exploitation of an entire nation by those tasked with protecting us from it.

Trump had a large dump truck located just under the cash chute at the NYSE, and just waited for the stock price to hit $110, then he pulled the handle and filled the truck. He's brilliant that way. Or is that not how all this works?

Another SPAC linked to a well known billionaire, and the acquisition team is run by a Brazilian prince and some sketchy millionaire who does business in Wuhan china.

No thanks ... its already given people access to day trading. It'll end up being nothing I bet.

Exactly. This rocket rise and then fall is the catalyst for me creating this thread.

Trump is truly diabolical and wicked.

To do this to all his followers is a sure sign of the apocalypse. I have to thank you for showing such bravery and sacrifice for bringing this to light. I'm sure the DOJ and CIA and NSA are fast on this due to your intrepid reporting of such an evil move on the part of Donny Moscow.

I'll be sure to endorse your Presidential Medal of Freedom when you are nominated for daring and risking so much to bring this to light.

I'm now going to stand aside and weep at such courage and will have to close my account here now because you have shamed us all.

Touché' brave man, Touché'.

Let me just put it this way I made a LOT of money in stocks and I can see that you have no idea what you are talking about.

But Trump But Trump But Trump

But Trump

We can always count and this guy and Terry (keeps us updated on Trump's connections to obscure some S.K. cult) to let everyone know what TRump is up to.

We can always bank on you guys for a few moments of levity and nostalgia for a time when the world wasn't on fire, complements of the politicians you and Terry helped usher in.

The main difference between Trump and Biden are that Biden's rackets are 100% protected and FBI sanctioned/tolerated. You know, "The Big Guy" and his 500k/a painting grifter artist son. All completely on the level, up and up LOL.

I know nothing about stocks and shares but I see something different than the OP. I have seen Trump lambasted by the media thrown off social networks all with the intentions of giving him no platform to reach the populace. SSSOOO, he joins another group and heh presto, they are trying to close that avenue off for him. What do I know about s/ shares. I know if you've got enough money and the right connections (whoops like the Democrats) you could ruin any firm you chose, no matter how successful it was on the market.
Don't believe that. Think a few years ago a certain Mr Soros nearly bankrupted the UK, that's the country UK not a company. But I don't know nuthin.
