I do not support the idea of "forced" vaccination, which I define as a violent and direct act against a persons direct desires.

My Anti-body results showed I did not need the Vaccine. Thankfully, nothing I interact with (yet), requires that I be vaccinated.

After the brutal communist regime, Russian people are vigilant. Any hint of authoritarianism raises the alarm. No way Russians will ever allow a vaccine passport anyway, regardless of Putin's personal opinion.

Highly unlikely. Media is so good these days not even CCP dared to gun down Hong Kong protestors like they did in 1989. International sanction would cripple Russia if Putin orders army to gun down protestors.

I have a few friends from Russia due to a game I play on line , is actually many people from all over the world that plays this game.

When covid started infecting, my friend told me that they were restricted and she could not even visit her parents in the city.

Then Russia started to give the China version of the jab, before even it was available to other countries, but only for those that wanted.

The restrictions were lifted she was back at work as a Teacher and Russia was working on Spuknic at that time, their own version, she told me her parents and sibling took it because their jobs.

But she was never forced to take it at all and nobody that she knew.

She said the dead toll was somewhat high in the beginning but then, it was not bad.

I guess they do not have Pfizer, CDC and Fascist faucy to dictate their mandates and laws in Russia.
