Doctor Refuses to serve Unvaccinated

Pretty sure a few doctors tried to pull this in the late 80s to gay folks because of the AIDS scare.

And come to think, 30 years later it decriminalized to give someone the HIV/AIDs on purpose in Cali

I don't really understand how things work in the US to be honest, it seems very strange compared to the UK.

One thing I'm pretty sure of is regarding money: If you're completely broke, and go to the public Hospital for an emergency, they have to treat you. They then bill you and you're indebted to them. However, if you can't pay a Dr. at a privately owned clinic/office, he is not required to treat you.

So I assume the same thing applies in this instance. The Dr. isn't obligated to treat anyone, but the Hospital is required to treat everyone.
