President Trump reportedly asked Anthony Fauci, the nation’s leading infectious disease expert and a key member of the White House’s coronavirus task force, whether U.S. officials could allow the coronavirus pandemic to “wash over” the country, The Washington Post reported.

During a coronavirus task force meeting in the Situation Room last month, Trump reportedly asked Fauci, “Why don’t we let this wash over the country?”

Trump was reportedly seeking to understand why “herd immunity” to the coronavirus had been rejected. Herd immunity occurs when a large amount of the population becomes immune either through infection and recovery or inoculation.

“Mr. President, many people would die!” Fauci reportedly responded to the president’s question.

Those who recover have Covid-19 antibodies that are at least as potent as antibodies the still experimental vaccines cause our bodies to generate.

Evidence indicates that naturally occurring Covid-19 antibodies last longer.

And, VERY IMPORTANTLY, antibodies generated by recovering from Covid-19 totally eliminate the possibility of experiencing the growing list of short and long-term health problems associated with the Covid-19 Vaccines.

SO...considering all the mixed and conflicting Covid-19 and Vaccine information and guidance we're still being bombarded with, 18 months after the initial case here in the United States, wouldn't it have been better to let Covid-19 "run its course" (wash through), with everyone recovering on their own, or receiving treatments at the hospital?

This time last year, the big goal was Covid-19 "Herd Immunity". That is, enough Americans will contract and recover from Covid-19 to reduce the number of cases to an acceptable level to society.

Since the Covid-19 vaccines are still experimental, and are therefore delivering all manner of side-effects and complications, it would be best to vaccinate the most vulnerable.

But let everyone else be available to assist with getting the USA to "Herd Immunity" by being in a position to potentially contract and recover from Covid-19.

All the mandatory lock-downs, mask-wearing mandates, and other "Slow The Spread" measures should have been done away with after the highest-risk individuals in society had been vaccinated. (imo)

At that IFR there would have been at least 1.5 million deaths in the US and probably higher before herd imunity was reached.

That also ignores other long term complications from contracting covid.

Given the infection rates the economic impact of Herd immunity vs vaxxing would be terrifying just from the amount of time that people would spend sick in bed as the vax dramatically reduces symptoms.

Herd immunity vs lock down would be even worse. More people sick or sicker, and many more deaths. Estimates vary wildly, but reaching Herd immunity without a lockdown could have seen 100,000 extra deaths.

It remains to be seen if the drug deaths, suicides, ruined marriages, delayed student learning, etc.. was worth saving an additional 1 million lives.

Remember, 94% of those who died had 3 or more existing medical conditions anyway.

And, at least 2.8 million people die in America, year after year after year...

Are you questioning the value or relevance of herd immunity?

Here's the rub with me Care.
If Trump did indeed contract C19, he was hospitalised for just 3 days IIRC, then he would have the antibodies/T's/B's.
So why on earth would he take the jab in January?
Absolutely no reason for him to have the jab. So he either didn't end up with C19 in the October and took the jab in January or he did get C19 in October and didn't get the jab in January.
