It's noticeable how it only takes a small number of people to come up with some fringe theory, and if it makes the whole look nutty, it will be used with a broad brush to paint the entire group with, as if that's the way everyone thinks. It's much easier than listening to people and discussing reality. I get it, it's lazy, but I get it.

Excellent observation! This is why misinfo and disinfo works so well.

There was a time when all the anti-auditors were mocking some story about shredded ballots being fed to chickens. The ONLY people I heard spreading that story were those opposed to the audits. I never ever heard it from anyone supporting the audit. In fact, for those paying attention, it made no sense, because we also knew that the shredded ballots that were found are still in the possession of the person who found them, even though she tried to hand them over to the Supreme Court (who refused to take either the shredded ballots or the case).

But someone put it out there, and others were happy to glob on to the story...

Yes!!! Your entire comment was excellent, and it all boils down to this right here: Put up or shut up!

And that's the purpose of the audit. They can either prove wrongdoing or the can't. They either will or they won't. We know weasel words when we see them. We know the difference between proof and baseless claims. We know the difference between fact and opinion.

The report will either stand on its own merit... or it won't. We won't know until it's released.

That's honest! And fair enough.

Would it be fair to say you will be interested in what they can corroborate or confirm that you have already seen with your own eyes? I think that might be where I'm at. I know what I've seen and heard that concerns me. I very much want to know what more the auditors can tell me about that.

No not really, why would I trust an audit group that I have never heard of...?

Just the name, "Cyber Ninjas" rings alarm bells in my head lol.

So will you even read the audit report? Or anything about it?

Or have you just made up your mind and have no want/need to know anything more?

Actually, all I've seen is a handful of noisy radicals stirring the pot, whackjobs the corrupt press spotlights, as if they speak for the whole nation. For instance, has a study been done about how many people are not simply creeped-out and alarmed for their children, just to see a picture of that caricature of a pervert, "Rachel" Levine? Has a study been done of how many, other than this creep, and Hollywood, are down with forced chemical castration of children, without the parents' consent? How many parents are saying, "Bring on the CRT! Bring on the hate! If it's Monday, it's child abuse time."

It's all a circus freak show, throwing anything and everything Satanic, degenerate, against the wall, by these twisted freaks, to see what sticks. At best, they get a mansion and some shiny baubles from Satan. A lot just get a stupid headline, their 15 minutes of fame. Souls have gotten really cheap. No inflation there.

All this dog and pony show is just the Chinese making US think that there is going to be something done. Don't hold your breath. Once the Chinese have finished taking over the planet we won't have to worry about voting anymore. The candidates won't matter and voting rules and regulations won't apply. We actually won't have to vote anymore. On the anointed day, the Chinese will tell us how we voted and who won. There won't be anymore audits, unlike 2020, where the MSM told us who won before all the votes were counted and some people figured out that the voting smelled just like cheating. Well its now going to smell like Chinese food...

Thank you, but I'm just following your lead, must be a kindred spirit. Nice seeing all you've had to say. You know, no matter what, we will always get the truth, or add names to the pay-no-mind list. They have no say in it. Peace.

Psalms 118:8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

Psalms 146:3 Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

The report will only be seriously embraced by those looking to confirm their bias and those looking to promote "The Big Lie" that Trump isn't a big fat loser.

I thought this wasn't The Mudpit. And here people are already calling other people names. What's up with that? Is this kind of behaviour going to be allowed to remain?

Well, I'm not holding my breath for anyone or anything... but neither am I going to throw my hands up in their air and cry, "Poor poor us! Nothing we can do about it!"

I know plenty agree with you and are quite happy to give up without a fight and then cry about their plight. But I'm not one of them. It's never the size of the dog in the fight that counts, it's the size of the fight in the dog.

I'll keep fighting the good fight and keep my faith until the end.

Nothing less is good enough.

On November 5th Arizona federal officials raided a home in the Fountain Hills area in Maricopa County. The agents seized eight hard drives, three computers, and a bag of USB sticks. The house belongs to 56-year-old Elliot Kerwin.

Name o Elliot's company: Loon-a-Tech

Let's keep our fingers and toes crossed that this is the worst of it, and accept that this is simply how some people think and express themselves...

That's good to know as well. When the report does come out, we will undoubtedly have to deal with even more of it. Maybe this can be our practice run!!!

It’s probably going to take about a month to do it. We need to draft it, then review it, and get it finalized. Probably a month.

This "audit" was not done by bipartisan, non biased professionals. It was funded and done by "Stop the Steal" Trump enthusiasts and extremely partisan GOP members, whose own party members balked at the methods and lack of transparency and over all lack of professionalism by the Cyber Ninjas. And that's what the final report will reflect.

Potentially it seems nor were the elections in some counties in particular states. Was it enough to make it an issue going forward? it's doubtful, sure we will still have those that believe otherwise. but..

The problem still is our elections should be able to stand up to any scrutiny, It's not like those opposing this won't get a chance to respond and defend themselves and the elections after the reports come out.

Sure there are stalwarts on both sides that won't believe anything they don't already believe, but does that mean we shouldn't investigate potential issues.

This would have lost much of its impetus if they would say go ahead and audit away. If there were major fraud its evidence would be clear and irrefutable. The chances any of these audits show that is probably 1 in a thousand if not more.

Unfortunately , I don't think your assumption is correct and I will explain why.

The purpose of an election and all the recounts and official audits that may follow it is to provide certainty about the outcome of that election. If more of the electorate voted for candidate A than for candidate B, then the process needs to definitively come to that conclusion. Obviously, we've been running elections in the US for hundreds of years, and therefore it shouldn't be surprising that the processes and procedures for certifying elections has been well worked out by now.

There are three main factors that go in to providing certainty about an election. The first is that the tallying process has to be mathematically sound. In Maricopa County, for example, Biden beat Trump by 2.2 percent, or 2.2 votes out of every 100. Generally speaking, you would like the tallying process to have an error rate maybe 1/10 the size of the margin you are trying to measure. For Maricopa County, that would require an error rate in the tallying of no more than about 2.2 out of every thousand votes cast, or about 1 error out of every 450 votes cast. The second necessary factor is security. There has to be a process in place to make sure that ballots and tallying machines are secure from tampering, alteration, or substitution. This usually done by rules that require all ballots and machines to be in locked, guarded facilities at all times and to require that access to ballots and machines is restricted only to those having a need to use them for official purposes and who have undergone some kind of background check to verify personnel reliability. The third factor is transparency. Whenever a recount or audit is conducted, transparency assures that the losing team can watch the process in action and, if necessary, go back after the fact and reconstruct the results.

The clown show that's going on in Maricopa County has violated every one of those principles. The Arizona Secretary of State (who conducted the official audit that confirmed Biden's win) has described two or three processes that the Cyber Ninjas used that are likely to lead to a mathematical uncertainty that's greater than the 2.2% margin separating Biden and Trump. The Ninjas have also been observed employing practices that violate the security of the process, such as walking around the audit room with blue and black pens that are capable of permanently altering ballots (you're only supposed to have red pens, because the tallying machines can't read red markings). They also left cages containing the ballots open at the top and unguarded. And finally, they are very far from transparent. For example, they introduced some kind of scanning for bamboo fibers without revealing exactly what that process is. They have "proprietary" algorithms that are supposed to do the number crunching. Why the hell would you need a "proprietary" algorithm to add a column of numbers? Proprietary, by definition means secret i.e., the opposite of transparent.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the net result of all these Ninja screwups will be increased UNCERTAINTY in the results, not increased CERTAINTY.

It also doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that that is probably the exact result that the Arizona Senate Republicans had in mind when they went down this path.

Thank you! This is really what it comes down to. It's not just about this election. It's not just about Trump and Biden. It's not just about Republican and Democrat. If anyone is implicated, if any laws or rules or protocols are implicated, there will be plenty of opportunity for rebuttal and discussion.

This is about the integrity of our elections, and our ability to KNOW that our elections are fair and honest. It's about finding and fixing anything that can jeopardize our elections now and in the future.

These findings can only inform and inspire us to do better. All of us.

You're not wrong. We should know how to conduct proper elections.

But for the same reasons, it is just as true that processes and procedures for cheating have also been well worked out by now. The question is if those processes and procedures for cheating happened or not.

The clown show that's going on in Maricopa County has violated every one of those principles.

As did the election itself, and the recounts performed by the County and SoS. Which is the bigger problem and the very reason for the audit.

The uncertainty is already here. At worst, the audit will fail to quell the existing uncertainty. I don't see any way it can increase uncertainty. If the audit proves nothing, then we're no better or worse off than we are now.

It also doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that the people with the most to lose -- personally, politically, and criminally -- are the ones crying loudest against the audit.

Given that the Cyber Ninjas group wanted Trump to win, there is no way the will come out and say there is no evidence of fraud even if that is what they found.

My guess is they will have some wishy washy explanations on how there might have been fraud and team Trump will call this proof that there wasvfraud and Trump should have won.

We both know that even if Cyber Ninjas found absolutely no evidence there is no way they would admit it....this is the problem of this circus. The group hired to do the audit was determined to find evidence(even if it does not exist) that aligns with what they already claim to be true.

IF they won't I will.

This will not change ANYONE's opinion. Period.

People now believe what they want, REGARDLESS of facts.

THAT IS A FACT.
