Its plasma. Watch pn yt about Hessendalen.
Plasma can emit radio freq. Plasma can appears and disappear. Plasma can travel high speed. Plasma can take different shapes. Like pyramid pr ball. Plasma can change colors.
That covers a lot of things besides atmospheric phenomena though, so does the actual report. By the way, Kevin Day said the captain of the Princeton's hypothesis for the radar readings going from 80,000 feet to 20,000 feet in one second was some kind of atmospheric phenomenon. Whether that's what it actually was or not, who knows, but a physical object doing that would encounter some problems with atmospheric resistance so is probably not the most likely explanation.

"We should approach these questions without preconceptions to encourage a thorough, systematized analysis of the potential national security and flight safety risks posed by unidentified aerial phenomena, whether they are the result of a foreign adversary, ATMOSPHERIC or other aerial phenomena, space debris, or something else entirely," said Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.
I just deleted half my reply. lol 🤣
I would also like to know what large deflated balloon they identified, but if you read the report you will find Roswell is ruled out since it only covers certain UAPs from 2004-2021 which obviously excludes anything prior to 2004.

A report on the report.🤣
They keep going back to that one incident they say was a large deflated balloon.
Which incident exactly is that?
If they insist it's Roswell 1947, the whole report is disinformation ops.

So alien beings just happen to create a spacecraft with the exact same design as the Batman balloon as shown?
The images on the left and right look fully inflated and regular in shape to me. I don't see anything in those suggesting any deflation.

If I had to choose 1 of the 3 photos below as a large deflated balloon (more like large deflating balloon)…my choice would picture 1 on the left…..assuming these are all taken by the navy pilots.
Some of the $22 million awarded to Bigelow's firm was for building or modifying facilities to store recovered material. But how much did he actually build or modify? That's unclear, and Bigelow told George Knapp in an interview that he never received the recovered materials, that whoever had them was keeping them close and wouldn't let Bigelow have them.

Personally I think it likely some debris or evidence has been recovered somewhere down the line. But if so, you can bet that remains classified, and thus not mentioned in the report. Who know, maybe they didn't even share everything with the lawmakers.
There's bound to be a leak sooner or later, but this is the time to put more pressure on the government and others for more information. Someone who has info but holding it back for whatever reason needs to say F it and produce proof (assuming there is some)

The material we know about, "Arts Parts" that apparently TTSA bought from Linda Howe, and their CRADA with the army was supposed to test that material, could have been industrial slag for all we know.
