In reading over the published "Summary", I noticed that it is never mentioned , nor is there any reference to any materials or "debris" recovered from a downed UAP.
I'm afraid I'm not finding that document too helpful regarding AESA since it's from 2006 and the first AESA were installed in 2007.

You can get a better idea about this display from:

In the case of the Roswell craft, which was described as being held together with scotch tape, I'm not surprised that after traveling for trillions of miles, it was ready to fall apart and crash.

That's because there is none. Tech that can move those objects like they are, cannot fail. We have only that much airplane incidents per year. Air travel one of the safest out there. With this said, what are the chances of 'alien' vessel to fail?
That UFO sure looks a lot like these four IFOs to me:

I think that it's an abhorrent, and stupid tactic by the U.S. Navy or the USAF, for them to not bother trying to radio contact communicate with these purported alien, aerial vehicles in our airspace --- Or maybe the Navy or Air Force already has...but they're not revealing it to the public.

This also looks like the orb that flew left to right across the screen before we saw the Tsunami hit in Japan, 2011.
Here's the video.
It's so blurry, what if anything makes you think it's not a bird?
Here is a closer look.
That link works, you remembered the "n" this time. You forgot to include the "n" in your earlier link which is why it was broken.

I caught this on the live newsfeed, that fateful day. What i observed and have seen discussed here was a sphere with a tail, a bit like a comet's but both were black, not solid black though. I've never seen a birl look perfectly spherical with trail following behind.

Sorry for my english ...
In my opinion they (US intelligence) are initiating a slow disclosure because they are securing the staff of previous generations from legal action. For this reason they only focus on recent cases.
In my opinion these people are punishable for crimes against humanity because they have hidden the presence of "entities" dangerous for humanity itself.
This disclosure will be a slow process because they need time ...

If ETs are coming here and not showing themselves, they, and not we, are primarily responsible for the lack of disclosure.
It's rude.

I think they are not visitors from other planets, I think they have always been here and they behave like a rancher with his property (Charles Fort)
We have to change the situation ...
I'm not saying US intelligence is the enemy, I'm just saying it protects its employees but at the same time it doesn't tell us the truth.
A very difficult truth to reveal ...

Pretty much spot on from experience and they are around us all of the time. We just can't see them, unless they drop their guard or want us to
