On August 4, 2020, the Department of Defense (DoD) announced the establishment of the UAP Task Force (UAPTF). Its mission, according to the press release, was to “improve its understanding of, and gain insight into, the nature and origins of [Unidentified Aerial Phenomena] UAPs. The mission of the task force is to detect, analyze and catalog UAPs that could potentially pose a threat to U.S. national security.” The DoD noted that incursions within “training ranges or designated airspace” would be the primary focus, and since its creation, they have conducted classified briefings on the topic for The White House, the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Subcommittee on Counterterrorism, Counterintelligence, and Counterproliferation, and others.
Now, a new document sheds light on what else they were doing behind the scenes. In a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed by The Black Vault, it was revealed by the response that in the first month after the establishment of the UAPTF, they initiated contact with NASA and requested that the task force brief NASA on UAPs in a secure setting.
But the exact reason WHY, remains unknown.
This presentation is a breakdown of the story.
The written version, with the documents, can be seen here: www.theblackvault.com...

Rockets launched at night are commonly perceived as UFO's.

Obviously NASA would keep the originals hidden somewhere. There's nothing to be said to the general public, and if they ever did there would have to be a real serious reason. Why would they expose everything just for fun?
.
Hahaha are you aware the US Government has said UFO/UAP's are real after 70 years of reports? The video footage "leaked" is by soldiers, air force pilots, and/or military staff. According to Joe Rogan, Christopher Mellon says the US Government 100% has way better video footage of UFO/UAP's than the grainy footage that's been released. The reason those are kept classified because it will compromise security for our top spy and defense technology.
With NASA, it would be so easy for NASA to cover up any UFO encounter because each mission is not worked on by all of a NASA. They can be up to maybe 300 people, but they're all doing different things. So if on a particular mission, if an encounter happened, not everyone working on the mission would know, because they would be busy working on something else with the mission.
Russian cosmonaut Ivan Vagner has captured some truly amazing views of Earth from above as seen from the International Space Station, but his latest video of auroras included an unexpected surprise: five bright lights on the horizon that he dubbed 'space guests.'
.
.
They're likely satellites, not aliens, but still amazing to see for sure. The most likely
culprit is the Starlink broadband satellites SpaceX launched on Tuesday (Aug. 18), a day before Vagner shared his video
Saying Bob Lazar is the only person claiming evidence of Extra Terrestrials, is obviously not true
At 9-12 seconds, 5 objects appear flying alongside with the same distance. What do you think those are? Meteors, satellites or…?
P.P.S. The information was brought to the notice of Roscosmos management, the materials were sent to TsNIIMash and the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences for further analysis.

So... the astronautical equivalent of " the dog ate my homework."
What's your favorite two NASA-related 'unexplainable' cases?
There's always a chance that something outside a spaceship window is important -- it's why NASA watches them. Usually it has to do with a malfunction of the spaceship, but it could be of scientific value as well -- all the way up to ET evidence.
