This one looks like a sinkhole situation. Florida is riddled with limestone that basically bathed in the non ocean rain water almost every single day there, it will become fragile and widens small holes into big ones over time. Runoff from rain steadily dissolves limestone and the rainwater at neutral or slightly acidic levels will dissolve it faster than the ocean water it was created in millions of years ago.

This could happen more, but I am sure the Engineers try to compensate. I would think the older buildings are more likely in trouble and need inspections now because their rain spouts could cause a problem if not properly dispersed away form the foundation.

Planet X may be real but I don't believe it could get close without many people seeing it in the heavens and sharing the data.

A Deadly Comet/Planet strike likely won't happen again on Earth for a Millions of Year event though it can any day now, my money is to be on "not happening." More likely our Sun will expand before a comet/planet hits Earth.
