Funny, there is no "license" to practice (practice not perform) law. It is an affiliation with the Union, the Union which has pledged loyalty to the Crown - BAR = British, not American, though there is an American affiliate.

Funny he can be a lawyer, even appear in court, there is nothing that prohibits that at all - anywhere. Though "insurance" would be hard to get. Also AZ and half the country is going to audit, so there's that.
