Low police numbers are a good thing.
Since those who advocate for defunding the police are also often open for creating lists of all sorts, why not just blacklist them?
Just send them to a voice mail, a beep and ten seconds later after they are half into explaining their situation, they get interrupted telling them "too bad for you" and redirect them to someone else that wanted to defund the police.
Let them figure it out together that it was a bad idea.
