The one OP posted of trump is a deepfake.

The reason I pointed out the difference in the jowls is because deepfakes digitally map a face to an actors but they usually, at least the ones I have seen, stop at the jawline. So, in order to pull one off you would have to use an actor that has a similar neck and build, especially if it is full body.

Here is an example of faces placed on the comedian Bill Hader. You will notice that his hair and neck don't change.
