Not the same. Much better quality then the overly compressed vid in the OP. The lighting also seems to be better.

Actually it does, relatively static parts of an image don't compress the same as jiggly loose skin.

Lighting also has an effect on that.

You know where you can tell it is a deepfake in the video you posted? The jowls. The actor they used has tighter skin and they look a bit more plump.

ETA: 1000 words and all that.

If you watch the same vid in low and high res you will see that compression does play a part in that.
