I appreciate that...but if we're gonna talk about english...we could look into the etymology of bigot...
simple.wikipedia.org...
The origin of the word bigot in English dates back to at least 1598, via French. It started with the sense of "religious hypocrite", especially a woman.
I stand by my rant...
Definition of bigot:
: a person who is obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices.
especially : one who regards or treats the members of a group (such as a racial or ethnic group) with hatred and intolerance

Well, I don't mind patronizing a shop with a minority owner if it's got what I want and performs the service I need, but I'm not going out of my way to pick and choose those shops based solely on whether or not they're owned just by a minority owner. I guarantee I patronize plenty of them, especially when it comes to food, both restaurant and shopping for food products.
But the idea that I'm making the owner's ethnicity a necessary feature when I go searching for a shop is kind of bizarre; it's as bizarre as the idea of trying to screen for correct politics.

Isn’t this a great way to tell people which businesses to avoid?
