McConnell also said, during his official address, that the House Impeachment Managers proved their case, and that Trump is guilty as hell and did incite the violent attack on the Capitol and Congress. He went on to say that this case is the now under the jurisdiction of the Department of Justice.

According to Mitch McConnell's address to the Senate regarding the acquittal, he said that the trial was unconstitutional because Trump was a sitting president at the time of the trial. Trump wasn't a sitting president at the time of his House impeachment, and at the time when Mitch McConnell held the Senate leadership he refused to allow a trial UNTIL Biden's inauguration. So, it was his decision to make sure Senators had a "constitutional argumenta" cover under which to acquit.

There's nothing to pursue.
Willis wrote in her letter that her office "has opened an investigation into attempts to influence the administration of the 2020 Georgia General Election. This investigation includes, but is not limited to, potential violations of Georgia law prohibiting the solicitation of election fraud, the making of false statements to state and local governmental bodies, conspiracy, racketeering, violation of oath of office and any involvement in violence or threats related to the election's administration."
The argument that he incited what turned out to be a pre-planned attack is bunk. The bombs were positioned the night before.

In fishing, we call that "Chum".
How many more hate filled dems will rise to the surface? Dozens upon dozens. And they'll be hooked one by one and exposed to the noonday sun like the rotting corpses they are!
The US Constitution itself is clear.
Trump did not incite any violence.

Not according to Mitch McConnell's summary of the case.
And, the House Impeachment Managers always alleged that the scheme and attack were planned for months.

The US Constitution itself is clear.
What's clear in the Constitution is that the House has to sole power to impeach, and that the Senate has the sole power to try impeachments. It says nothing about a "January exception", where a president can do anything without congressional oversight and political consequences.
Trump did not incite any violence.
Again, that's not what Republican Leader Mitch McConnell said to the Senate. History is not on your side.
McConnell has ZERO credibility as do your troll post.
TRUMP WAS OUT OF OFFICE !!
IMPEACHMENT DOES NOT APPLY - SEE US CONSTITUTION
