I was told that the justice system was the end all be all and there for trump is 100% innocent because no part of the justice system has convicted him. So there has never been any evidence that he has done anything wrong ever.

All Democrats agreed with this .

That's the standard for elections. So it must be true.

Mitch McConnell ? The swamp manager ? Ok sookie . Do you really think these politicians are worthy of anything?

As if Trump is worthy of anything. Mitch McConnel controls the money spigot. Trump is cut off from the RNC's money supply, he's out from here on out.

Money supply? Do you really think Trump cares about RNC money? HAHAHAHA! Did you forget Trump is worth BILLIONS?

Did you forget Trump has many millions of supporters just waiting to throw money at him?

You are so desperate for Trump to fall lmao how lame 🤣

An acquitted turd.
All that was "shown" was an edited video.
Some "evidence " eh?

Oh, and do you think spineless people vote?
Or just show "present"?

Doctored evidence.

An excellent video.

I completely agree with you on that, it doesn't matter about guilt though. Guilty or not, trial or not, politicians won't be doing any time anytime soon. It's all about the circus and theater with these trials and hearings and everything else. They aren't there to prove guilt or innocence, they're all for show.

Because he clearly has a loyal following and he's done what no politician in history has done, delivered on almost every promise he made.

The "Cult of Trump" could easily steamroll Biden's Democrats today. By 2022, there will be no contest.

Here comes the "Cult of Trump!": www.rollingstone.com...

No, still wrong.

The US Constitution is not subject to the whims of senators, or anyone.
There is an established process to change it, if needed, which was not done.

And Trump was out of office when this circus trial ( complete with doctored evidence from democrat prosecutors) was held, e.g. invalid.

You're in good company. Look at the reception former President Trump received today, just cruising through Palm Beach, Florida.

The Constitution REQUIRES the Senate to set their own rule, which they did the first day of Trump's Impeachment proceedings in the Senate. Otherwise, there is no constitutional proscription for trying a former president who was impeached while still sitting as president, but whose term ran out before the Senate could try the case.

In fact, the Senate HAS tried impeachments after an official has left office before this, and nobody said it was unconstitutional. Precedent has already been set. Furthermore, the Senate DID try Trump. Argue all you want, but there was a trial... per the US Constitution. It's done! And again, precedent has been set.

It’s really very simple:

According to Article 1 Section 3 of the Constitution:

“ When the President of the United States is tried the Chief Justice shall preside; “

Chief Justice Roberts did not preside which makes the impeachment trial null and void . It doesn’t matter whether is he is the president or the former President.
The 3rd branch of the government did not have representation per the constitution.

End of story

....TRUMP 2024 B!TCHE$ !!!

I doubt most Americans will be able to wait that long with how fast "the Chinese plant and non-elected pony horse soldier" & the socialist, former democrat, leaders are and will destroy this nation and it's economy.

But who knows, there are morons in Venezuela and even Cuba, North Korea, China, etc, whom still yell "viva la revolucion/long live communism" even though they are starving, without medical help, suffering like no other nations etc... There will always be a group, albeit a small one, of morons in dictatorships that will continue cheering for those dictatorships...

He was impeached when in office, there is nothing in the American constitution to say the following trial could not take place once he left.

Read your own statement above, slower.

Even though you are clearly far left, I have hope that you have a few brain cells that *might* pick up the obvious logical contradiction.

Good luck.

I dont know if ill ever get tired of laughing at the left every time they scream "WE GOT EM THIS TIME"

and continue to fail miserably at doing the simplest of things IF they had actually had ANY evidence.

And these people want to run our WHOLE gov and tell YOU whats best for YOU

It's fairly obvious, although a bit embarrassing that I need to tell you.

Impeachment occurred when Trump was in office, not enough time or inclination to rush trial through before he left.

Trial took place after he left office. Although his defence says that is against the constitution, there is nothing in the constitution to say that it is. If there was then it wouldn't have got as far as it did.

I'm not quite sure what you don't understand about that, it couldn't really be much more simple.
