Sounds like a revolving door.

Which is much of the greater problem.

There are plenty of stories that trickle out. You dont see them because the MSM censors them as best they can.

When you raise children without discipline, they grow up to be monsters.

Spank your kids when they deserve it- do it for them, do it for all of us.

My father never laid a hand on me.

However, everytime he scolded me, he instilled true fear in me.

I always wondered "Would he?" And I didn't dare test him; he has a long military career as Lt. Colonel.

He taught me authority and respect.

He also taught me that if words aren't enough, you push through with actions.

You better make damn sure you got your message across properly the first time around then, or it can get messy.

My TI in basic (same as drill instructor) used to tell us he was going to make us wish we could just take the ass whippin. he was right. His form of discipline worked well, and he never raised his hand once. But he wasn't very quiet either.

I get bad people do bad things, but to hurt a defenseless old person for fun, is wrong, and I feel like it's a crime that is a prelude to much worse behavior. This is where psychopaths come from.

This is what happens when the law is not respected. They do not have this issue in saudi arabia for one example. Justice is swift and brutal and televised. When we used to have Public hangings,or punishments for unlawful actions the crime rates were almost nothing. The person or persons who beat the old people need a public beating and humiliation until they learn to not do so anymore,or they die.

No, the law has nothing to do with it. This is due to people who aren't able to properly raise children not instilling morals and respect for other people. The kids grow up to be selfish, scared, and unable to think for themselves.

The law is clear. PARENTS know the LAW. Its their responsibility to teach them to FEAR the PUNISHMENTS from the law. When you fear the punishment you take care to not get in trouble. You teach children respect as well for the police and law enforcement.

Those who do not respect others or the law deserve harsh public punishment to instill fear of the law.

You act like every adult knows the first seven words of the preamble without looking it up. Tell me, where in the Constitution does it mention child rearing?

What's next? That everyone must be obedient to the government? What if the president is not your president?

What do you teach children when such conflictions occur? When the politicians the decides their BS laws don't go against the Constitution?

What to do when the government becomes a full bore tyrannical institution that only serves to protect corporations and their own interests and care nothing about their constituents?

I once had an elderly coworker who was Vietnamese, he fought in the jungle there for years, got shot like 14 times and lived to tell about it. He was a funny good guy. But a total warrior who feared nothing. I pity when one of these kids happens upon one of these old gentlemen. They are not going to get what they bargained for.

Lack of any positive elderly influence, or they need a near death or obe to fear God?

Fearing other humans is absolutely no way to live.
Fear is the manifesto of tyrants, which also
is the game plan of bullies.
(monkey see monkey do)
hence attacking the elderly.
On the other hand, teaching the importance of
helping those in need, charity . . . makes a
mentally healthy society.
I taught my kids not to live in fear,
but to help others, protect their integrity,
and honor the universal 'Creator'
With that they turned into healthy beautiful adults.
With that said,
and all else fails, the ADULTS who push
the boundaries in being nasty role models
need to be whipped and then some.

So you get less time for manslaughter in the US? Wow.....

google manslaughter

Although involuntary manslaughter sentences differ among the states, the crime is usually treated as a felony at both the federal and state level. This means that it can be punished by at least 12 months imprisonment, fines and probation, among other sentences.2 June 2020

I think it starts out as fear, but once you grow as a person, it becomes respect.
