Each polling place has a single wireless router that connects to the Internet. We have to boot the clerk machines and check the interface. For the vote counting machine, we simply turn it on and sign in and it's up and running. It's got backup batteries, so even if the power goes out or other things happen, it still works.

Not true with the machines that ARE connected to the internet.

If the vote counting machines were connected to the Internet, when the clerks' terminals go down, the voting machine would go down as well.

This doesn't happen.

Nope nothing to do with not understanding the laws. Who’s name was on the ballots is completely irrelevant. Votes aren’t to be counted after 8pm. If they are, the validity of the election cones into question and can/should not be certified.

Only if Sidney, Flynn, Byrne, and Mike can manage to make something happen with it. I think the personal cost to Trump is just not worth it anymore...or he lacks the integrity and fighting spirit people saw in him. I do not feel like Trump plans to pursue this other than to see his pending cases through.

My opinion is that the lawyers in all the pending cases should motion for a recusal from the Justices that administered the oaths to Joe and Kamala, and the other 4 that witnessed the Oath.

Three good justices stayed home that day. It was reported that it was due to Covid, but perhaps they knew attending with these pending cases might lead people to reasonably question their impartiality.

They weren't legally required to attend. The Oath does not require a SC justice to administer it, they agreed to do it.

If ever there was a good reason to motion for a recusal, it's this. The only success I see is if the lawyers used their collective might to ask for a recusal in all the relevant cases and managed to get only the three remaining impartial justices to decide them.

It would be righteous and just to turn this farcical election over to the President the people of the United States of America voted for but is secondary to making sure this is does not happen again.

If there was fraud in this election it needs to be remedied AND we need to make sure this never happens again.

For people who wonder what it will take to get the right to shut up about this election, it would take a transparent and thorough investigation that is free from obstruction.

Ball's in their court. They wouldn't accept tallies going backward and massive lopsided ballot dumps without investigation. They know that the counting just doesn't 'stop' on election night. They also wouldn't put up with Democrats being denied access to properly observe the counting. These were catalysts for the investigation into fraud. No one was working backward to support a desired premise.

Now to my favorite part of the video. Fat forward to about 50 min to go and the my have a Dominion sales rep talking about how their machines hook up to the internet with any protocol you prefer. They even show pages from the Dominion manual on how to access the internet. What’s funny to me is they have a firewall icon. I have friends that are CISSP certified and they’ll me Any good hacker worth their salt can eat firewalls for breakfast. There was NO AIR GAPS with these machines and anyone telling you otherwise is either an idiot, doesn’t understand TCP:IP protocol or is lying to you.

Now when they actually show the trace logs of the originating IP address then the Destination IP address then they show the user IDs and the MAC addresses of the physical computers in China and the USA that is when my ears perked up. They had THOUSANDS of these logs and packets coming from China IP addresses to those dominion computers IP addresses in those swing states. They even showed if brute force was used or if credentials were used or not. They even showed how many Trump votes were switched on each trace log.

Yea the times article says the elites had pressure points teams to combat lawsuits, which prevented courts from looking at the evidence. There are still some outstanding lawsuits still moving ahead however slow but so far about 14 cases are moving foward.

I recall an Arizona judge saying he's look over the 20 binders of sworn affidavits and other evidence, then render a decision. He rendered the decision 10 hours later, lol. "Send all this up to the appeals court. They're better equipped", he ruled. The Appeals Court refused to look at any of it.

It's getting close to the point where everything will need to be torn down and rebuilt.

Maybe not in every election wherever they may be, but certainly exceptions can be made like for example Nov 2020.

Everything else didn't resemble normal functions of election centers that day either. Maybe when they kicked out most people and those small crews stayed afterwards to take care of the dirty bit of business that then transpired late into the dawn.

My main concern with all this is that obviously no representative in Congress has any fear of the constituents voting them out of office if they pursue goals contrary to the wishes of those constituents. Why should they? All they need to do is to stay on the good side of the entities counting the votes on election day, and they are golden.

Now this sort of explains how some of the complete idiots in office got there and still remain there election after election, doesn't it? AOC for God's sake? Just shows me that the string pullers have a sense of humor.
