I stand corrected. You are correct the video is not hard evidence. I guess the data collected is potential evidence that should be turned over to an official law enforcement agency to investigate.

I hope it really being investigated. Why would someone make this claim if it were not true? It seems to me it would be an awful lot of trouble and an author putting her reputation at risk if not true.

I (and many others) would be thrilled if they would do a full cavity search of every state's election goodies. I am quite certain if they said "it will cost XX millions", the funds would be raised over night.

I'm not even trying to rain on anyones parade, I'm just being realistic about evidence, how it's collected, verified, admitted, chain of custody too..etc. I was going back and forth with another poster on video evidence. Yes, video evidence is used..along with physical corroborating evidence. Another poster was talking about footage of a van, with boxes in it..ok, if the contents were not seized and catalogued, it's just evidence of a van with boxes.

I think there is shady stuff in every election, but not enough to change outcomes..if there is something accepted by the courts..it will get interesting.
