The senate of the state of Arizona set the terms as is within their duty.

Really. Chain of custody requirements? Pen colors? Bi-partisan participation. Use of black lights. All that stuff? Are these requirements publicly available so that it's possible to determine that they are being followed and what the purpose of these requirements is?

Or was it Joe Blow from Florida who came up with the specifications?

How about financing? Who's paying for this, or does that not matter?

LOL! My "circles" are all over the place! And have been my whole life.

But in this case, you are correct to the extent that my "circles" include those very people given the wrong pens and their ballots went to adjudication. And they come in all ages, sizes and colors.

As the election is a taxpayer funded event, none of the materials requested should be witheld. Even the information generated belongs to the taxpayers.
Full transparency should be the expectation EVERY ELECTION.

And thanks for reminding all of us how long these questions and suspicions have been hanging over us. This has been going on far too long and only gets worse. We shouldn't have such questions and suspicions hanging over us. None of us should have to take anyone's word for anything when it comes to our elections. Ultimate transparency is the only way forward.

I would gladly welcome anyone's cooperation and participation in the audit. I would prefer it! But the "opposition" has chosen to obstruct and delay and deflect and to freaking attack the people. The level of national discourse is downright pathetic. Big on trash talk, short on facts. Not cool. Not honorable. Not honest. Call me whatever names you want. I don't care. You know exactly what the problems -- plural! -- are. Several times you have challenged me and others, and when we respond, you ignore or belittle the response.

You know exactly what the issues are that the Senate brought up with the County. And you deflect to "process" and "legal matters". You also know that "process" and "legal matters" can be twisted and contorted and spun to deflect and obstruct. Often for personal gain -- NOT the benefit of the people.

We have been trash talked and mocked and taunted across the nation, and here in this thread. The lack of respect for the people, as well as for fair and honest elections, is obvious. It informs our resolve... it does not weaken it.

That kind of craptastic bullying and intimidation apparently works on many. But it ain't going to work on the people demanding this audit.

Nothing less than the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth will do... and then the chips will fall where they may. I'm not only good with that, I am demanding it.

After their little public Twitter tirade yesterday, which is just as insulting to the people wanting this audit as it is to anyone else, they really think I'm going to give them an email addy to track me? Because I don't think they'll bully and harass me the same as they are harassing my Senators and the auditors they hired to find the truth?

Nope. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, along with every other County official, are serving their own needs, at the expense of the people. They've shown their true self-serving colors.

They've lost all respect and credibility in my eyes.

Why do smart people doubt themselves while idiots are so sure. I have never been as sure about anything as some people are that this was a fair election. If and when fraud is proven I would feel like a traitorous piece of dirt for mocking and abetting the enslavement of Americans. I might even end it all if I was one of those people. And the world would be better off.

Election Fraud has Already Been Proven by Arizona Recount Says Respected Auditor

They are trying to cover up but they have broken chain of custody. If they don't have chain of custody we require to see those votes and find out where they came from. You sigh off on a fraudulent election, you go to jail.

It seems to me that there are as many reasons as there are such people. At this point, it doesn't matter why so much as the end result of this mindset. Those opposed to the audit, and even moreso those fighting the audit, would prevent the truth from being known no matter what the truth is. Cheating would go undetected because it would not even be looked at.

What we know already about the election process is unacceptable and unsustainable for fair and honest elections. It enabled those inclined to cheat to be able to do so. This isn't an opinion. This is truth.

I won't pretend to know to what extent. I don't need to know the extent to know there is too much room for abuse and the election process needs to be reformed. This audit is already showing us the way forward.

A lot of people have invested many resources in modeling how fraud is most likely what caused Joe Biden to pull off such a statistically improbably "win". (Not to mention Joe saying so himself prior to the election).

It will be good to see people like Peter Navarro, Mike Lindell, Patrick Byrne, Rudy Giuliani, and others, vindicated.

Broken chain of custody, no tamper proof tape, boxes labeled with wrong count, and either database hidden or illegally wiped.

While currently circumstantial certainly doesn't look good for the county or dominion.

I already have a good idea.

I'm not sure it's even possible for me to be mentally nor emotionally nor spiritually prepared for the evil out there. This is where you've just gotta put on the Armor of God and fight the good fight to the end.
