Again — ANYONE BUT TRUMP

Why you think only Trump can get record numbers is beyond me.

perhaps due to his opponent hiding during 90% of the campaign. Why you accept that without question is well beyond me.

And who spouts this nonsense?

It is simple, people voting to get Trump out of the WH didn't need the other guy to campaign.

They knew who they were voting against before the primaries.

And yet — not one official word from Audit Central.

And they are taking a week off.

Excellent point!

I remember that.

Basically, just a hacker, seeing what he could do.

He only accessed public records.

Is he criminal because their security was left open?

Hmmmm.... things just get weirder and weirder!

I'm hoping we hear something soon from Fann or Bennett about meeting with the Board of Supervisors... bring some -- just a little? -- sanity and reality back!

It’s only affecting those who choose to let it affect them.

It’s not going to change anything — except, maybe, future voting.

I’m not expecting anything major.

Diebold was worse. They barely got a slap on the wrist.

Wow
Just freaking wow

So the "anybody but" was good with compromised elections? Sounds like that bamn I heard about.

And knowing what you admittedly know about diebold, you are ok with ANY election shenanigans is dumbfounding.

IT IS NOT IN ANY WAY OK FOR ANYONE TO COMPROMISE OUR ELECTORAL PROCESS!!!!!!!!

How is that WOW?

Nature of people — they did their thing — they moved on.

This audit is fueled by butt hurt Trumpsters — who think everyone should feel the same way. Most don’t.

Just a fact.

And there is the bias we all know and love.

Knowing what you posted about diebold, and you attempting to blame the desire for sunshine on no more than "butt hurt Trumpsters" is rich beyond midas' wildest dreams.

You are a snl parody at this point.

Rules for thee, but not for me is alive and well, and on display for all to see!

There is no bias in fact.

It is what it is.

But that's exactly what you're doing, isn't it? Shooter?
-Compromising your democracy because you love an orange freak of nature.

Have fun destroying your very own democracy because you're too much of a child to know when you've been defeated.

Defeated fairly.

How you conflate the desire for sunshine and transparency in government with the desire for someone in office by any means is actually laughable.

Ps
We have a republic not a democracy canuk.

Actually it is both. Those things are not mutually exclusive.

In fact, since republic means that the public has a say in government, all democracies are republics as well.

Damn right it's not.

Anyone who does not want our electoral process and integrity to be subject to verification and confirmation is doing exactly that. Because it is impossible to know otherwise.

-Compromising your democracy because you love an orange freak of nature.

Turning a blind eye to fraud -- even potential fraud -- because you hate an "orange freak of nature" is no better than what you are accusing others of.

And here's a clue: We don't have a democracy.

Have fun destroying your very own democracy because you're too much of a child to know when you've been defeated.

Again, we do not have a democracy to destroy.

And if transparency and truth are going to "destroy" anything, then it needs to be destroyed.

We have a Constitutional Republic, which protects the smallest minority: The Individual. Not a democracy, which sacrifices the individual for mob rule.

Our Constitution protects and guarantees our inalienable Natural Rights, as endowed by our Creator -- NOT government.

Sorry
It is clearly not a democracy as posted.
No full on mob rule here.
But nice try.

Ps
Start a thread about types of government and I will be happy to contribute!

Constitutions and Republics are two different things. Yes, the constitution in the US works as you have described. This does not mean that democracies without a similar document are not also republics.

Also, democracies don't sacrifice the individual, they let each individual voice be heard and then the gov acts on the will of the people, by a majority vote.

In the US this happens periodically to elect representatives of the people and then people spend the next couple of years complaining about how the will of the people is not acted on. Is that really any better?

I have to ask.

How many times must votes be certified?

Trumpsters refused to accept our democratic process and certified election.

So, Yes — Canuck is right.

I didn't say it was. I said democracies are republics too.

But, let us not forget that the process we are discussing here is a democratic one since majority votes take the prize.
