RINO Paul Boyer is holding up progress by not voting to hold Maricopa County in contempt.

I guess some officials rather look out after friends, than do their job and do right by the people they represent.

It sounds like more subpoenas are on the way.

It looks as though issuing a warrant may be an option after all.

“To get a warrant, we need a written report from the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, Senator Warren Petersen, signed off on by Senate President Fann. Then we can send a Sergeant at Arms to go pick this stuff up. We don’t need courts involved. I told Warren this,” Barnett said, referring to Judiciary chairman Sen. Warren Petersen. “I have spoken about this with senators” and numerous lawmakers agree with the tactic, Barnett said. “They do NOT need to vote on it. The Senate Judiciary Committee chairman can issue the written report himself.” Barnett said that Arizona governmental super-lawyer Alex Kolodin confirmed that this tactic is proper and legitimate.

Thank you for posting the links! I confess (and hang my head in shame) that I haven't been looking for updates anywhere this morning. My husband came home early, and I've been enjoying his company instead

And just FYI, this link --

He claims the auditors are partisan. Everyone involved is partisan. I don't know if you could find someone in the USA, on July 23rd, 2021 who isn't partisan.

If it was OK to ask for the routers then, it shouldn't make a different who is doing the work. let them finish and see if you can poke holes in their results. This is like breaking down in tears before the first punch is thrown. man up skippy.

Since Boyer initially supported the audit and subpoenas -- even co-sponsoring some of the Senate bills -- I have to think that someone got to him somehow -- and not in a good way. Not just bribed. He was blackmailed or otherwise threatened. He was the weak link.

It certainly isn't because the Cyber Ninjas were too partisan. Are they actually partisan? I know they've long suspected fraud, but are they actually pro-Trump? Or pro-Republican?

It's good to have Boyer confirmed as the holdout, but everyone pretty much knew it was him.

Barnett's strategy is compelling to say the least. I really want to know his source(s)... Jovan certainly thinks well of him. I wonder if Jovan has been talking out of school?

Boyer also states that he was told that this audit would only cost taxpayers $150,000.

Well it has, independent donors are contributing the rest, so I'm not sure what his point is.

On a side note, Senator Borelli has said in the past that Boyer is friends with some of the Board of Supervisors.

If any officials go to prison, they can use sharpies for writing to their "pen pals" 😎🚬

Or adjusting maps or something

There is, though, a massive chasm between being partisan and acting partisan. Kind of like a doctor refusing to treat a patient because they're a "democrat" or a "republican".... any doctor worth their salt won't do that.

Syntax is important, and i dont feel enough people use it effectively....like in this instance. Saying "some thinks someone else IS partisan" is poor communication...when what they truly mean is ACTING partisan.

Glad you are back.
The "its all overs" showed up again.

When will that report be out again?
How much fraud is acceptable?

Yes. Words matter.

And I agree that words and language in general are not used properly, and it often results in people talking at each other and over each other and passed each other, but never quite recognizing or understanding the disconnect.

I also find it problematic that so many people are so quick to think "partisan" when someone expresses an opinion or facts that agree with either party. It is not only possible to come to the same general conclusions or opinions from different angles and for different reasons and logic.

Thank you... two steps forward and one step back though. Just had word, my sister-in-law was taken to the hospital suffering a stroke. We're waiting to hear how she is now...

Good question...

Indie posted a couple links above about efforts to get the subpoenaed materials, and identifying Sen Boyer as the holdout that won't vote for contempt against the Supervisors, and (presumably) warrants to get the materials. Here's one:

Au dit Organizers In Arizona Push For Senate To Issue A Warrant For The Evidence Maricopa County Is Withholding

It seems for now that "when" depends on how long the Senate spends trying to get the subpoenaed materials, and how successful they are.

So uh...not so much over in Pa now too?
At least that is the word on the street.

Decertifying an entire election system is a big deal, right?

But "its all over".

Lol
Too funny

Sorry to hear about your family.
Prayers for you and your family.

I also noticed the sudden reappearance of the "it's all over" folks.

Noticed that there are far fewer of them now, and they didn't put up much of a fight this time.

Progress.

Maybe too busy worrying about audits elsewhere?

Just bored with the repetitive nothingness speculations from the same 4 posters.

I still read the thread.

I check to see if there’s any factual info.

Same as I do on most days.

I have no problem at all with folks on any side waiting for the facts.

That is exactly what OP has been preaching since day 1.

The fact that more folks are now waiting instead of just making stuff up is the 'progress' I was speaking of, not that less people were here.

The audit is being used to determine actual facts on the ground - do the legally cast ballots match the dominion count.

But yes, at least one group is bound to be pretty outraged by the results.

We just don't know which group yet, because we don't yet know the facts.
