This is becoming more unbelievable by the minute. Squad members AOC and Rashida Talib have been named to be on the powerful Financial Services Committee. These are the most progressive members in the D party. If I recall AOC was very vocal about student loans. Back in November she was pressuring for student loan forgiveness based on Biden making an EO to cancel them. She made a show while congress was in session making a payment on her outstanding student loan. There are many, many people who will be really on board.
Nothing will surprise me any more, even when aliens arrive and fill the stands that have been set up in Washington for a fake inauguration.
AOC also supports basic universal income and medicare for all.
Wonder what Andrew Yang is up to?

How does the government, or even just the President via EO, have the power to cancel a valid contract between 2 consenting parties? Didnt the Gov actually get out of the student loan game recently?

May also have been a operation to harden a code so nobody could break it...as in get everyone to try and adjust the code as it gets cracked in order to make it impossible, leaving the last code unable to be broken and that would be the code used?

I found this article. Trump's administration has given their legal opinion that they do not have the power to cancel student loans however as sited in the article that is subject to interpretation and we can guess what that will be.
