IF, if a given person, known to be involved in something and therefore has the ability /s to Correctly gather certain Defined Information that Could be used against someone. How can he or she give such First to a Journalist - who goes on to display such to all public member - rather than Legally Have to give such to Law enforcement bodies, ie Solicitor, Police, FBI. Intelligence services etc. ??? By dishing such out prior to legal prosecution, is Law Breaking. .. Or am I wrong ?
