Did Pence ever once say the name, President Donald J. Trump? I listened to quite a bit of Pence's performance, but not all of it. Maybe I missed it, but I don't think he even mentioned his name. Again, the audience seemed less than enthusiastic.

Not that I heard. I was reading while I listened to it, so might have missed a brief mention if there was one, but I don't think he did.

As a canadian, I've been interested in q drops x 3 mentioning canadian PM, 5, 6 and 48. If true, this could be why q says canadian PM is so important, besides the claim of ccp troops in canada, unless there is more I missed having come into this pretty late.

But under the leadership of president trump, we have rebuilt our military. We have enacted the largest increases in our national defense since the days of ronald reagan.

He did actually end it pretty good. He really emphasized 'ALL.'

And the best days for the greatest nation on earth are yet to come. In this one nation, under god, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.

The jury's still out for me on Pence. 'Betrayal' could just be for optics.

They are not allowed to have a loaded weapon - period. Which sort of defeats the purpose of having a weapon to begin with. What are they going to do if the SHTF? Throw their rifles at the bad guys?

Funny little tidbit on this. When I was in Iraq with the Air Force, in the thick of the hot part of the Iraq war, none of the regular Army folks on the base were allowed to carry live ammo along with their M-16 or M-4. Only us Force Protection Air Force troops and the AF Security Forces were allowed to have loaded mags and actually have them in our weapons ready to go. I guess the Army had had one too many accidental discharges and/or accidental deaths on their watch. You would hear stories all the time of some Army grunt who let loose a live round into the clearing barrel outside of the chow hall.

Looks like not much has changed since then lol.

Looking at AR 670-1, they appear more or less correct. Fleece jacket can be authorized by the commander. There is no specific guidance regarding ballistic vests that I found in a quick look, other than it is done as directed by the commander. The only thing that seems out of place is the shape of the bills of their caps. The first thing most soldiers do is round them to their face so it looks and feels better. Theirs are still relatively flat. Of course they are NG, so there is always that excuse.

Yeah....the NG are notoriously sloppy in uniform and have little regard for dress and appearance and military bearing in general. Weekend warriors indeed.

I'm just going to say this. If Jan. 20th comes and goes and Biden is actually sworn in, the options left for non-POTUS Trump are gone. At that point, the only hope is that this is and was already in the hands of the military and that the swearing in was part of the plan. I can't see how this can end well if Biden is sworn in. If anyone else can enlighten me as to options once Biden is sworn in as POTUS, please elaborate. Trumps power as POTUS ends in a matter of hours which are quickly counting down. If there is a grand finale, it's very close to time to hit the switch. This is like trying to win an auction on ebay against a guy with swiping software.

At least in two days, I might be able to get a nights sleep.
