Hes a very robotic looking person, it makes him hard to take too. I was never sure of pence even before all the doubt around his intentions, just something about the fella that I cant put my finger on.

Well yes, they will have them in their ammo pouches which can be chambering a round in seconds. How many rounds do they have? I recall getting three rounds for a 4 hours of Guard duty at the ammo point during my training in Boot Camp. The Sgt was saying us NG would only be allowed three, we are too dangerous to have more. Surely it was sarcasm but Kent St incident was heavy on all of our minds

The solar power is the additional energy. That is what is running the vehicle.

They do this the hard way by using the power to make hydrogen, not very efficient, which they then burn rather than just using the stored energy directly with electric motors, which is much more efficient. Maybe they wanted to play into the 'hydrogen economy,' which is itself problematic as an economy can't be based on a derived product (hydrogen.)

They already have weapons.....not really sure what a "shoot-to-kill" weapon is though. Is this like a AR14 or a silencer?

It is an AR 47 with a silencer. A type of ghost gun with a 30 round bullet clip.
You don't even have to shoot it to kill someone. People die of fright just seeing it.
