You understand that every single time Pence reaches for a state’s packet that packet can be challenged, just because? It could be done for all 50 states and DC. For no other reason but to do it.

Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, etc do not get Electoral College votes but do get delegates for the Primary Elections...

Oh, and you could end up with a Biden-Pence or a Trump-Harris situation too. How fun would that be?

Trump-Harris would be the most dysfunctional American Presidency ever.
Trump could never use any deep state guys again, he would have to bring 100% loyal Trump people in or always have the 25th looming over his head. Harris would cast tie breaking votes in the Senate for the DNC.
And in 2024 Harris would be a shoe in for the DNC nomination for president and have all the inside info on the other side.
Congress would go for impeachment again as well, to get Harris in. It would be a gong show of epic proportions.

That will never happen and you know it.

What will happen is a handful of Congressmen and a Senator or two will make a circus of the counting of the votes. The objections will go nowhere because it will need a House and Senate majority to overturn a state's votes.

Biden will be 'officially' declared President elect at the end of the session.

V.P. Mike Pence is getting a lot of legal advice. But it all boils down to encouraging him to go with his logic and gut, after viewing the evidence presentations that start on January 6th. (At 2 hours per objection, it could be a 2 or 3 day process!)

Members of Georgia's state legislature sent a letter to VP Mike Pence last evening, asking that he delay certifying Georgia for about 2 weeks.

Contrary to what Sec of State Raffensperger said on 2 TV networks and at his press briefing Monday, there is TONS of evidence that is being investigated. Everything from outright cheating, to gross violation of Georgia's laws by election officials.
