What do you mean? Christians scared of foreign born non Christians so they want a deal because they are Christian?

Like I said this is coming from US born Christians.

Or do you mean they think the non Christians are all giving each other great deals so they want some too?

Nah man. I was working along an assimilation line, do you think that the predilection for haggling came to America with immigrants?

Wait! Reading is your friend Dal. I think unscrupulous deal makers will try any underhanded tactic to get a bargain, morals and standards be damned.

It doesn't negate the fact that several NON Christian, I've lost count of how many denominations of god there are currently, functionally enforce preference and prejudice motivated commerce.

Where did I display disdain for Christians? I think there is some persecution complex going on here. I said I had experienced Christians ask for discounts because they were Christians and had a sob story about why I should give it to them. It directly related to their religion. Don't worry I've had people try to play other cards as well so I fail to see why me adding to a discussion where someone mentioned churches and payments suddenly got your defences up.

As I said before I have lived in foreign countries where you don't buy anything without haggling and I know how to haggle. If you owned a business then I'm sure you don't call it haggling after the fact and with a contract already signed. That's not haggling.

This is actually, if you took half a second to think about it rather than feeling persecuted, is a person attempting to take advantage of the charitable nature that Christians have toward a fellow Christian.

It seems some people are taking offence that I called it out for what it is.

It's sad because this person lives in an area full of people who are scared to voice their opinion. That's never a nice place to live.

I would venture to add that claiming to be a Christian for a discount while looking like a complete fraud to the person your pressuring for a discount would get tiresome quickly.
Maybe a little introspective exploration would reveal who has that there complex bruv.
